The watch is extremely cheap looking and feeling. It is not a true Swiss watch on a budget but rather an alternative to your Casio/Swatch watch you can find at Walmart for 50-100$. I am extremely disappointed with my purchase.

We bought three of Jowissa’s Roma style watches from a souvenir shop in Switzerland. The watches came with an extended three year warranty. After just one year of occasional use the strap on one of the watches broke right off, and the one on the second watch shows advanced deterioration as evidenced by many small cracks on the inside of the strap. I cant comment on the third watch as I gifted it to someone.
I contacted Jowissa and was told the warranty would not cover this defect because leather goods were considered ‘consumables’.
Yes, the watches are beautiful and the prices are low, but this is a case of ‘you get what you pay for’!!

Had a watch bought in Swiss airport by my husband. Watch beautiful but shortly started to see rust discoluration on face. Contacted customer servicewho were amazing and sent me a new watch and even went to effort to alter watch strap for me. However new watch face has now cracked, no heavy useage or accident happened. So disappointed as i love the watch.

I ordered this on SWISS NATIONAL DAY, + it's on sales!!!

I first saw this brand when i was on Pilatus Mountain, Luzern, Switzerland, in a souvenir shop. But sadly, i didn't look for anything that time...

A big while later, i was back in England and looking for a rose gold color of watch, which a lot of brands showed up for me, but only this one is noticeable with the unique design! 💗

I ordered on 1st of August and it's delivered all the way from Switzerland 🇨🇭 to UK 🇬🇧 on 4th of August by FedEx which i will be the only person who could sign and get it from hand (of delivery guy) to (my) hand. [Feels safe and secure]

Only one thing that i would like to suggest as a customer for the perfect service in the future is Could you please add up on your website to ask for the wrist length of customer so the company could adjust the size of watch's strap right away for us before you will deliver.

That's the reason why i can't give you any feed back right away because i was looking for the jewelry & watch shop to adjust the strap for me on my right size and it's not easy because 1st i went to #H.Samuel and the lady who works there going to charge me for 20£ to adjust it! 😱😱😱
Luckily, the best watch shop are exist, #Goldsmiths adjusted the strap length for me for free, even i told them honestly that i didn't buy this watch from them!!! 💗💗💗

Well, i believe in the watch that is made in Switzerland, and i believe your watch is a good quality with unique design. So i think you could try to be a partner with them #Goldsmiths, please try to dealing with them. That's the only thing i would like to recommend for you, and the rest are already perfect!
