I haven’t even received my package. I’ve been trying to contact them for over a month and they haven’t even replied. Terrible customer service and not worth buying from.

Disappointed that the refunds take so long.

There’s no good reason to take longer than 14 days to process a refund once you receive goods back. 14 days is the maximum limit a refund should take and .gov website backs this up.

Really puts me off ordering from you again.

The quality of products, the customer journey, the support and the prices are all of top level.

I have rarely had such good customer service! I wrote asking to transfer my in store gift card balance to an online balance as there was an item in the sale I wanted. After two emails within hours of my enquiry it had been sorted out, the transfer made and the item bought. My customer service representative, Jordan, was efficient, polite and helpful and I couldn’t have asked for better service. The item was then shipped out in fantastic time and is great, at a bargain price to boot. I could not be happier.

Item arrived in good time and I got email updates from Royal Mail for tracking.

Great products, quick delivery and packaged so well too.

Ordering and delivery was all very smooth. Trousers fit well but the material is not quite what I had hoped - bit too shiny- the downside of online ordering when you can't physically see the product.

This store is a complete scam. DO NOT ORDER!!!! I have sent over six inquiries asking where my product is. Received one response which seemed like a "generic" response. They provided me with the incorrect tracking number and product. In fact, I ordered November 3 and they provided me with a tracking number that was already delivered back in July and to a different Country? Its a total mickey mouse operation and I am in the process of disputing the charge on my credit card with my bank to hopefully get my money back. BUYER BEWARE! I have still yet to receive a response from my six emails I sent.

I've been looking for a black beret which is not made from wool and this one from Joy is a great find. Lovely soft chenille fabric which fits me perfectly. Arrived safely and packaged really well.

Fast postage and lots of email updates however my water bottle was dirty when I recieved it, I could visibly see the dirt marks on the pink lid of the bottle it was like it had just been unpackaged and out in the open in a warehouse, also the straw had been bent.

I got a reply from Joy the Store saying I will be refunded, but I have not received the refund yet. I had just checked my account. There was no email to alert me that I have been refunded either. The law states that online purchases must be refunded within 14 days and that customers do not have to give a reason. I checked this out on the government website.

Easy to view online and ordering straight forward and simple. Email confirmation re delivery detail.

I made an order 1 month ago and did not get my items. Even I did not get shipping number. My account was Charged, I do not know how to get my money back
