So ziemlich alles läuft schief.

Habe offene Bestellungen aus 2023. Wir haben mittlerweile den Juni 2025 und es passiert einfach nichts. Eine Diskussion, die schon über mehr als 1 Jahr läuft, nachdem zuvor schon immer wieder darauf vertröstet wurde, dass man doch in den nächsten 2 Wochen die Paare versendet. Sämtliche Einigungen werden nicht eingehalten. Die Reißleine mit Rückerstattungen funktioniert auch nicht. Die Bestellungen sind zwar storniert, ich muss allerdings seit Monaten meinem Geld hinterherlaufen und es passiert nichts. Der Support stellt sich tot. Man hört eine ganze Woche lang nicht und es heißt wieder nur man kümmert sich drum.
Seit Oktober warte ich nun auf die nächste Lieferung, die angeblich seit November immer wieder in 2 Woche kommen sollte.

I originally requested for my order to be cancelled and soon after regretted it. Julez supply worked with me to resolve the issue and promptly sent over an authentic pair which has passed on multiple apps. The customer service and communication was great and consistent throughout. Will use again!

I’ve had an account with JulezSupply for a few months now and let me start by saying that their company does go above and beyond. They generally have quick response times. Information that makes sense in regard to shipping and tracking. And most of all authentic product. In the shoe world this is hard to find for the prices JulezSupply offers. However every pair I have received from them has been authentic and in Perfect condition. Customer service is on point. It feels like you’re speaking with a friend about shoes. Meaning, they care as much as we do about the product we’re dealing with. I’d genuinely do business with them again. I also work in customer service and I take treating my clientele really serious. It’s nice to see another company hold their customers in such high regard like JulezSupply does. Please do yourself a favor and shop With them!

Ordered a pair from julez supply a few months ago. Even though we ran into some problems they had great customer service and handled it. Unfortunately they couldnt send the pair i ordered but julez supply insisted in sending me something to compensate.
