I’m not the easiest or most patient customer at times, but I have to say, Junction 17 exceeded all expectations. In particular, Heidi was absolutely brilliant and is a real credit to your business.

I recently had an excellent experience with Junction 17. Jamie was my main point of contact throughout the process and kept me fully updated on viewings, adjusting the price when needed to ensure the sale went through as quickly as possible.

What really sets these guys apart is how effortless the whole process is — no forms to fill in, no uploading images, no paperwork. You simply drop the car off, hand over the keys, and they handle everything from there.

Do not buy from Junction 17. I have never experienced anything like it. £14,000 I’ve spent on a 2018 BMW. I’ve had the car for 3 months and now I’m stuck with multiple engine issues. Junction 17 haven’t done anything to help, just sent me to the warranty company, which doesn’t cover anything. I now am stuck with no car, cars in the garage, no garage even knows what to do with it. They shipped this car off to me knowing all the engine problems it had, and nobody is helping me resolve them. 8 year old car with no service history. Aren’t dealerships supposed to put cars through full MOT and a service before selling?
Completely ripped off a young girl and left me with nothing. No offer of a courtesy car, no nothing. Absolutely SCANDALOUS

They took my reservation money to hold the car for two days ,whilst I got there to test drive and buy the car ,they then sold the car before I got there ,I had confirmation that the car was reserved and it was on the website as reserved, they said the car had a fault so pulled it from sale ,a lie ,another salesman confirmed it sold ,very untrustworthy and no morals ,wont touch this company again

Review changed from a 5 star to a 1 star. Service is great until you purchase the car and then the sales team don't want to know. Still waiting on my proof that my ceramic coating was applied and also the dash cam which was agreed as part of the sale. A month and a half later and still not heard back from Toby or Benny about these dispite multiple requests.

Where do I start…….
This is a review to give awareness to prospective buyers and to hope they don’t experience the hell I did!
Being Captain Hindsight, I wouldn’t trust this place as far as I could flick it, let alone throw it, and I’ll tell you why as this is a 100% factual experience that shouldn’t happen to anyone.
Yes, they possibly do have some nice cars in stock. There will be a majority of customers that buy their dream car and never have to deal with this place again. It’s when you buy a car that isn’t working 100% as it should. That’s when you fall into a whole heap of issues.
I spent just under £24,000 on a Porsche Macan. Again, in hindsight I should have walked away but I’d followed this place for quite some time and thought they were alright with very competitive part exchange valuations of which I had.
I took the car for a test drive and found a slight knocking noise from the front end. I didn’t think it was much at all. Maybe a bush or something trivial.
Their test drive area is dreadful though so was unable to get up to any speed to properly drive it, so raised the noise with the sales team.
They assured me, that the noise would be rectified at the cars PDI before handover and would be delivered to me in tip top condition.
It’s easy in hindsight, but I said ok, I’ll have it. I deposited it along with 1 yrs warranty, and arranged collection 1 week later.
Within 24hrs of collection, the car was handed back. The car had not seen a PDI. The noise was still there.
I spoke to sales who told me to use my warranty to repair it!!
I then officially told them that I wanted to return the car under The Consumer Rights Act 2015 as I’d been lied to and the car was not fit for purpose nor sold in a satisfactory condition.
After a conversation, I agreed for the car to be inspected and repaired by a specialist Porsche garage. The car was inspected and a written health report written up where within was £4500 worth of faults.
J17 refused to repair these items at the specialist and wanted independent inspections carried out. All while my car was unfit to drive. I then told them I wanted my money back. But they’d sold my part exchange!!
This went through solicitors of which they stuck their fingers up to and didn’t engage.
After demanding a response before taking them to court, they agreed to have the car back in house to inspect and repair.
They only agreed to replace the faulty drive shafts and wheel hub and nothing else that was included in the report.
This took 19 weeks!! 19 weeks without a car I’d had for just 24hrs, 19 weeks of lost costs to me, and massive inconvenience let alone stress! They also refused any compensation.
After 19 weeks I was well and truly sick to death of this place. To be constantly fobbed off by the workshop because wrong parts were sent and that they were short on labour. I just wanted the car back. I got it, but hate it. It’s ruined the whole experience.
Note to all….. do your due diligence, go on a test drive route away from their Yaxley showroom and make sure the car you’re interested in has no faults. If not, happy driving, but if it has, walk away as you could potentially be in the same boat as me and in for the biggest nightmare you’ve ever experienced!

miles and i need a whole new engine 8.500 quote to repair, warrante isn't worth the paper it's written on saying it's wear and tear! garage dismissive, let's bare in mind the fact the garage said was serviced and motd prior to pick up, doubting very much! Will NEVER trust this garage EVER again!

Put a £1k deposit on a mini cooper, had to wait the next day to come back and collect the car, which was fine as we were waiting for the finance, only to find out the next morning that they sold the car. Someone else looked at the car after we went through all the paper work & after the deposit, so we went back inside after we were about to leave, just to make sure we didnt have to worry about them looking at it. It’s been 5 days since i haven’t got my £1k deposit back. Absolute joke. It’s not hard to bank transfer it back. Their reason is because it needs to go through a “system”. Called the accounting number numerous times, guess what, no answer. Called them, spoke to Daniel, who was very apolgetic, however doesn’t excuse the terrible service. Called reception today, (the 5th day without the money) asked to speak to someone and she refused to put us through to anyone to speak to. Only option is to go through the fraud team. Do not recommend this dealership to anyone!

Saw a car advertised and called and put a £99 holding deposit. I then asked some questions about the car and requested a video. After waiting several days with no response asked what was happening only to be told they’d sent it to someone I’d never heard of. Then I saw the same car advertised elsewhere for thousands less. When I say same car I mean the exact same car, same registration plate. I asked for my holding deposit back and I’m still waiting over 10 working days later. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. Just take a look at their negative reviews. We ended up buying a wonderful car direct from Audi including 12 months Audi warranty

Bought a car sales people were great the car has problems trying to speak to after sales is near impossible and they are holding my part ex money which i cant speak to no one about i would highly avoid buying a car from here there are many better dealerships that have proper after care teams!!!

I rang Junction 17 Peterborough about the Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT they had for sale, lady on the phone was very polite and helpful, she asked if we wanted to buy the car would we want to take it home that day, I said yes as we are 4 hours away, reserved the car and booked in to look at it the next day. We arrived at the amazing showroom and received a warm welcome from our salesman James, James couldn’t be anymore friendly, helpful and professional if he tried, the car was absolutely stunning and immaculate and what a noise it makes! The car only had a couple month MOT left and I asked how we were going to work it so it comes with 12 month MOT if we were to take it away the same day, James said he should be able to get it in for an MOT or if we wanted we could take it away and get it done ourselves and they would reimburse the money which shows they are confident in the vehicles they sell, took the car for a test drive and James is very trusting and let us take it on our own, the car was amazing and we bought it. We have owned the car for 2 weeks now and it is faultless and sailed through its MOT from my trusted garage who said the car is immaculate. Thank you for everything Junction 17 and please pass on our special thank you to James, it wasn’t just buying a car from a garage, it was made a memorable experience from start to finish. We absolutely love our new car and if we can ever part with it in the future we will definitely be coming back!

They dropped a car despite being cancelled that has been serviced for 3 years, tapping engine noise, torn tyre and shredded alloys and very dirty inside..

Avoid them, trashy company..
