Glove quality has dropped considerably…
Glove quality has dropped considerably over the last year or so. The "cheap" gloves are now unusable as they break so easily, and the "premium" gloves have now dropped in quality too. I am now buying high end nitrile gloves as they're the only ones that are not breaking during use, but those high end gloves have had two price increases in the last 3 months, exceeding a 35% rise in costs during that time which is intense. I have emailed to ask for clarity on the price increase but did not receive a response. Currently looking for a new supplier for better quality and more reasonable costings.
In response to your reply - I have already reached out multiple times to you, both with this current issue and with the issue I raised in 2024 that was not resolved. You have my contact details, if you want to resolve things then you can contact me but I’m not chasing you guys any longer. I’d like to note that you are sounding much more helpful in your posts than you are on the phone, it feels like you are trying to make it seem like you are really helpful and that you have great customer service, but this is not the reality when speaking to you directly on the phone.

We’re particularly disappointed to hear that you’ve noticed a decline in the quality of the gloves and that the products you have previously relied upon are no longer meeting your expectations.
We also sincerely apologise that you did not receive a response to your email. We aim to respond to all customer enquiries within 48 hours, so we’re sorry that your email appears not to have reached us and that you were left without an explanation regarding the recent price increases.
We continually monitor our pricing and regularly review the cost of manufacturing, materials, shipping and other associated expenses, as well as comparing our prices across the industry, to keep our products as competitively priced as possible. Unfortunately, these underlying costs have increased and can fluctuate significantly, with global events and changes to supply chains also having an impact on availability and costs. We appreciate that the level of price increases you have experienced is understandably concerning.
That said, we’re sorry that the combination of increased costs and the quality issues you’ve experienced has left you considering alternative suppliers. We would really appreciate the opportunity to look into this further and see if we can help find a glove that provides the quality and value you need.
We did attempt to contact you yesterday regarding your concerns, however, unfortunately, we were unable to obtain the information needed to investigate the issues you have experienced and work towards a resolution. We will be contacting you again today, as we would really appreciate the opportunity to look into this further and do everything we can to put things right for you.

Easy fit
In general they seem to be good gloves. They are relatively easy to pull on, and even easier to get off. Great to work in, though I haven't used them enough to say how robust they are.
I knocked off one star because the second pair I put on my thumb went through the material.

This is a good reliable company. I have used it for some time.
The quality of the goods is good and a reasonable price.
My last order was delivered by the delivery company to the wrong address.
When I rang Just Gloves they apologised and stepped straight in and sorted the problem out.

The two different gloves ordered (size & colour are fine
The gloves are true to size, being L and XL so that's a good start. They feel fine on and I've used mine for some cooking jobs and also squeezing blackfly on my beans which is a fairly revolting job otherwise. My partner will use his on oily engine jobs and we've had these before.
