I could not recommend JV Carpentry highly enough. From beginning to end, the service has been professional, fast and reliable. The quality of the wardrobes built are of the highest standard and finish. They turned out better than we could have hoped for so we couldn't be happier with the end result.

Jeff and his team did a great job on some built in bookshelves in my new flat. We agreed a design and a price and they were built and painted while I was away for work. There were some changes I requested to the carpentry before it was painted that were done quickly and with no complaints. Highly recommended.

JV carpentry built and installed alcove storage units for the living room of our Victorian mid-terrace. They were very professional, giving us different options and making suggestions on what would look best. They were flexible about when they could work to fit around us, and the guys who came to fit and paint the shelves were professional and friendly - they also tidied up completely after themselves! The units look great - and look like they could have always been there. The price was very competitive and was broken down and exlplained clearly at the start of the process.

JV Carpentry made a fantastic bookcase in my dining room. It is sturdy, perfectly measured and beautifully finished. When planning the work and getting prices etc they responded to emails and phone calls promptly which so few people do and worked around my schedule. I would definitely have them back to do similar work in future.

JV carpentry provided exceptional service from start to finish and I would highly recommend them to anyone, in fact I'm going to recommend them to everyone! I wanted bespoke bookshelves and cabinets fitted into an alcove. Jeff was very flexible when organising a time to come round and take measurements. Then my expectations (already high from seeing the pictures on the website) of the work done were surpassed by miles - the guys who came to build the bookcase and then the two painters who painted them in situ were extremely punctual, professional, and highly skilled. The finished result is truly stunning and fits seamlessly into the alcove space - they even perfectly reproduced the coving so that the bookcase blends into ceiling as if it was built with the house. The price was also very reasonable. I am now thinking of what else I would like them to build for me!

Jeff came round to give us a quote very quickly and was able to start work shortly after. All the guys seemed to work hard and were very tidy. So pleased with the finished product and was a great price compared with a lot of quotes we had. Highly recommended

JV Carpentry outshone our expectations in the building of our alcove bookcase. When Jeff came over to quote we were impressed by his attention to detail, particularly in suggesting finishes that would tie in with other woodwork in the room. It is obvious he knows his craft inside out and maintains high standards yet his prices are comparable with other quotes we received. The company were in our flat building the bookcase within 24 hours of measuring up and they built it within a day while we were at work. JV Carpentry designed and fitted some Alcove units and floating shelves in our living room and a built in wardrobe in our spare bedroom. They offered a complete design and build solution and were not afraid to speak up when they believed there may be a better way of accomplishing the look we were aiming for - a welcome trait compared to "yes yes" tradesman that want to please at all costs regardless of whether they agree with you or not.
