Dogs left in vans 23.5 hrs a day , poor dogs going crazy whenever anyone goes past the vans there kept in , treating the residents on site with rude remarks and many residents feeling intimidated by them and the dogs , no signs at entrance to site letting you know they are on site , even postman has commented on how disgusted he is that the poor dogs have been locked in vans for 3 weeks now , thankfully the council is now on the case , all I can say to k9 is that the dogs lives are more important than money !
