Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Well maybe I can’t say it’s bad as I haven’t received any customer service! Trousers ordered over 3 weeks ago and no sign of them. I’ve sent their customer service team 4 emails plus a message to their instagram account with no response. I honestly cannot speak badly enough for them. A complete disgrace.

I just can’t compliment this brand enough. The bloke (didn’t quite catch his name, apologies) who runs the business/instagram couldn’t help me enough, took on board ALL of my questions and responded in the most polite, professional & helpful way.

The clothing is outstanding, I’ve always worn designer brands and never really looked past them into these sort of smaller businesses but that’s 100% changed now. The zip, materials, fit, feel, everything is on par with all these expensive designers if not much better. Great lad, great clothing, really happy with the stuff.

Recently bought the Belmont Mac in sage. Quality and look is outrageous would highly recommend. Customer service some of the best I’ve ever dealt with after a slight accident on my part Kalibre were very generous and resolved the issue within hours.

Rapid delivery and the product quality is next to none. The zipped polo is a great piece!

I had my first Kalibre order arrive today. I ordered the open polo and black chinos. I’ll review them shortly because I’d like to talk about the service I received.

I want to say I have never ever had such high quality communications from a company. It’s like speaking to a trusted advisor or a friend. I initially asked a question about tailoring, like most brands you normally don’t get a reply but within a short space of time I had heard back from them. Giving me style tips, pictures and even advise on building a capsule wardrobe.

If the clothes were 10% as good as the comms I would have been impressed.

Now let’s talk about the clothes, the quality of the clothes are incredible, you can see the attention to small detail that has been put into every item. Even the bags they arrive in give off a high end feel. Extreme impressed with every step of service I received. They even gave me feedback on the fit of the clothes.

Absolute cowboy company who do not know how to run a business. Do not respond to customer service emails to a mailbox that they will then say is an old email address. They rather run the business through Instagram direct messages with no professionalism at all and lack of accountability. I will NEVER be purchasing anything from this company again and will share this experience with my network.

Bough a pair of cargos and the quality is unreal. They are the perfect fit. Suitable for all occasions. 👏

Ordered one of the new 1/4 zippers from the current autumn winter drop for my boyfriend and he loves it such good quality , and it arrived next day

I ordered a polo shirt unfortunately it was a size to big so I returned it through Evri they received the return but I did not get a reply so I emailed them they did get back to me and said they will reply within 24 hours it’s now been 2 months and I have send multiple emails with no avail now I think they are just ignoring me. Terrible service for the return.

Very helpful customer service, had a sizing issue and they were very happy to lend me a hand straight away! Will definitely be buying from them again as the quality of the product is top notch!

Sent products for refund which were received by Kalibre 17th July. Sent multiple email chasers and on their socials with no response whatsoever. I therefore contacted Kalibre’s investor (listed on their website) via linkedin of all places advising I’d be happy to take the matter to county court. Only then was my issue dealt with.

I’d also note these guys ask for removal of Trustpilot reviews before paying the refund. I said I would, but to be honest do not feel comfortable doing so. There are multiple other examples of the same thing (see 1* reviews).. rather than manipulating reviews I’d suggest Kalibre focus on their customer service. Their products are great but they’ve lost at least one customer with these antics.

Bought 2 pairs of chino shorts, really good fit and quality, good customer service as well
