My self vijayakumar km from bangalore. I receive call from Karlton Holidays Divya rajpoot from last 3months continuous to take a 1 year membership ₹15999/ ,I avoid calls and what's up messages but they not stop to call from 3 months . Finally I ask what is guarantee from the company to take membership. Then she connected the her manager Vishal chowhan they speak in my local language kannada they want to become faith about there company. After several calls and messages i take membership with 15999. They advised to mail to book hotel reservations@karltonhilidaysdotcom . Isent with my requirements to that mail address so many times but no use i am receive even a single mail from the company. After one day he stooped receive calls not responding messages also. I am calling daily 10 times but no response. Divya said call to toolfree no 18005704885 but that number is also not working. I want to travel 26.10.26 to check in in Guwahati but today 21.10.26 still no reply. I am already booked flight tickets for my family members also i don't no what to do. So friends don't believe about this company and especially that bloody divya and Vishal chowhan they are very big frauds i hever seen. I think who are given 5 star rating they also arrange company to give good reviews.
Hi friends finally my check in date comes still not received any hotel booking confirmation letter.
Friends this is my updated review.
Tomorrow that is 26.10.26 but not received hotel booking confirmation.
And one more thing that divya is massage me remove to this review.
Friends don't belive this karlton holidays company.

I took 1 year membership ,They have provided list of no of hotels at PAN India level ,before becoming member I specifically asked their sales Manager Vishal Chauhan ,that I wanted to visit Dehradun and Mussorie ofrom 26 th Oct to 31 st oct ,he confirmed that it will be done ,After payment he said I supposed to send mail to Reservation desk ,I sent mail but no response from Reservation desk . I tried to contact vishal but he didnot pick phone ,on what app if I am asking any update ,either no response or only yes ,on enquiry from no they have said ,all hotels sold out on enquiry for 2 nights in Delhi or Gurgaon in between 26 th to 31 st ,same reply ,I asked from 12 th nov 3026 to 20 th nov 2026 , pl provide list of hotels and places, you are having 4 night hotel availability then their reply was ,you asked us ,we cannot tell you ,It's mean they are not having any tie- up with any property or major hotels ,only whenever any client asked their reply is sold out .My Membership no is 3205

They are scammer, i took the membership 15days back , after the payment they stop responding.

There customer care also fraud, they also not even to connect.

When I tried with new phone number & new customer ,they started to pay me up again.

I complained in cyber cell also.

Requesting you dnt waste you time.

Extremely Frustrating and Disappointing — Please Stay Away

BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE BOOKING WITH THESE PEOPLE. My personal experience has been extremely frustrating, and I genuinely feel cheated.

I paid ₹16,000 for a package that promised 9 days and 8 nights of hotel accommodation. After making the payment, I was asked to email them with my preferred hotel and stay details so they could proceed with the booking. I did exactly that.

And then? Absolutely nothing.

There was no proper response to my emails. Every single day, I had to call their toll-free number multiple times just to get an update. Whenever someone answered, I was given one excuse after another — “call tomorrow,” “we will arrange it tomorrow,” “the server is down,” “the line was busy,” and countless other excuses.

But no booking. No proper email response. No call back. No resolution.

I wasted my time repeatedly chasing them for something that should have been straightforward after I had already paid them. Their customer service was practically useless, and their constant excuses only made the situation worse.

After all this, I have lost ₹16,000 and was left feeling completely helpless and cheated.

This has been an extremely frustrating experience. Please think twice before paying these people or trusting their hotel-booking promises. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

₹16,000 paid. 9 days/8 nights promised. Booking never properly delivered. Endless excuses. Zero accountability.

I am posting this review so others can be aware and hopefully avoid going through the same nightmare.

Due to negative review they even deleted their google review profile.

They are not fit for a single star. Worst experience ever. This company is fake and the employees here are scammers.They are looting people's money by giving false promises. They are a big fraud. If you believe their words and pay the money, the next moment they will block your number and no answer for your mails and no response from customer care too. We had a worst experience and lost trust completely on such companies and sales team. Especially Shruti is a biggest fraud and her manager Vishal is biggest liar. Shruti blocks the number as soon as you make the payment and Vishal gives false promises and later don't answer to your calls and messages. Overall it's a fraud company. Move the numbers to spam if you receive calls from them so that your money is saved. Don't ever trust them

Without one star i am not able to write any review and hence gave one star. @karltonholidtys is a fraud company. All good reviews you are seeing are posted by the Karlton fraud employees. Don't trust them. Its a fraud company. We were fooled by Shruthi and Vishal. They are big scammers. They don't pick the call once you pay money and take membership. Be aware of such frauds. Never ever trust them and lose money.We did a mistake because we couldn't find any review on google and they haven't enabled that option because they know it will be filled with negative reviews and they may have to shut their company .Don't waste your money. They don't respond after receiving the payment for membership. They do fake promises before we make payment and don't even answer the calls or messages once we do the payment

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Karlton Holidays.

I purchased a one-year holiday membership and submitted a booking request for a 3-night stay in Munnar well in advance on 10 August 2026. Despite multiple follow-up emails and phone calls over the following month, I received no proper response from the company.

I repeatedly contacted their representative and was assured that my booking would be checked and confirmed. However, no confirmation was provided. On 9 September 2026, just one day before my planned check-in date, I was informed that my request had been overlooked and that no accommodation could be arranged.

As a result, my vacation plans were completely disrupted. What was most disappointing was not just the failure to provide the booking, but the complete lack of communication, accountability, and customer support throughout the process.

I subsequently requested cancellation of my membership and a refund, but even those emails have gone unanswered.

Based on my experience, Karlton Holidays failed to deliver the level of service promised to its members. I hope the company improves its customer service, communication, and commitment to customers in the future
