je n'ai eu que des problèmes avec KASPR. Leur solution marche bien mais le service commercial et leurs conditions d'utilisation sont une catastrophe! A chaque abonnement souscrit (quelle que soit la formule choisie) j'ai perdu une partie des crédits ou une fonctionnalité qui ne fonctionne qu'avec une seule formule. Et le clou du spectacle, un achat de crédits fonctionne sur le mois courant mais attention, ça s'arrête pile à l'heure de souscription de l'abonnement... donc la date est bonne mais pensez à bien noter l'horaire de votre souscription, car ça peut s'arrêter net à 16H12. Aucune souplesse dans l'abonnement... à éviter à tout prix!!!

Fonctionne très bien, cependant je ne sais toujours pas si c'est très conforme vis à vis des CGU de linkedin

J'ai voulu essayé un nouvel outil et après avoir tout installé, LinkedIn a bloqué mon compte car il ne veulent pas d'utilisation automatisé (et surtout quand c'est pas eux qui prennent l'argent j'imagine). J'attend de pouvoir récupérer mon compte. A éviter

Très content de l'appli qui a ses limites normales (ce n'est pas une appli magique et nombreux sont les contacts qui n'ont pas de coordonnées dispo.) ; de même, ergonomie simple et efficace.
Gros warning sur la politique de prix où le client est pris en otage : j'ai acheté un volume de crédit à l'époque utilisable pour mon organisation (j'ai rattaché les membres de l'organisation sans problème et ils ont utilisé cela pendant plusieurs semaines). Aujourd'hui, "ding dong", ça ne fonctionne plus et l'assistance m'explique qu'il faut que je prenne un compte mensuel payant pour que mes salariés puissent continuer à utiliser les crédits.
Moralité : on me prend pour un escroc en disant que j'ai "exploité une faille" (sic) et on me force à prendre un abonnement mensuel payant ! Youpi !

L'outil marche très bien, la data est pertinente.
Par contre l'expérience client est vraiment lente, mauvaise et inefficace.
Le modèle d'abonnement change régulièrement et on ne comprend plus comment ça fonctionne!
Chaque jour il y a un nouveau problème avec les accès, les crédits et qui peut les utiliser, comment utiliser l'extension, etc.
C'est un enfer pour les sales d'avoir ces problèmes...

I tried getting 100 credits for 85€. But right before paying, they added a 20% VAT, so an extra 17€.
Kaspr, you have to be transparent on your pricing from the start.

I have been contacted by a company that used this sourcing tool to provide them with my email address, even though I never opted in for my email address to be shared, nor had I been notified about this experience.

This seems really shady with regards to the European GDPR

Good data base for phone number but impossible to use correctly and efficiently. I've lost a lot of time trying to get info on leads.

On top of that their Linkedin automation is terrible. It sent the messages to the wrong people.

Yet another lead generation company that pushes GDPR legislation to its absolute limits in order to make cash by selling personal data. Volume counts for nothing if every single person you target views your comms as spam - which they will, if you use Kaspr data, as Kaspr does not get the active consent if the people whose data it then sells on. Gather data properly, transparently and meaningfully - and don't buy into Kaspr's nonsense that what they're providing will generate sales. It's a waste of your time. It's a waste of your marketing spend. And it will absolutely damage your business's brand - because who ever, ever responds to spam emails from companies they have no interest in? Do you really want to fall into that category?

The Data they sell is highly likely to be 'captured' from 'dodgy' sources - where the user has not explicitly 'opted in' to giving Kaspr permission to sell their details - I never 'opt in' but got an email from them (in my junk folder) that said they had my data.

So, since I never 'opt in' to having my personal email used for lead generation/marketing I suspect that like my email, many other 'leads' this company sells will be worthless and or gathered through the 'back door'

So, if you want to buy lots of useless leads and ruin the reputation of your own business, then by all means buy harvested/scammed data from this company - It's your money, and unfortunately it is your company that would be the one investigated under GDPR - and have to pay the fines if you were found to be using data that the individual had not _explicitly_ opted into.

If you buy data from this company you are probably wasting a large chunk of your money.

Caveat Emptor

Apparently, this company uses a tacit renewal subscription. They are trying to charge us 1080 EUR even though we haven't used them for many months. Moreover, once we saw they were trying to charge us for future credits and we wrote them that we no longer wish to use their service and they replied that they will charge us either way, knowing that we are not going to use their service. Really annoying, I hope they will get back to their senses.

Trust me use alternative it will save you a lot of trouble!

Good account executive and always responsive. However, the extension can be quite glitchy and really isn't great in certain regions.
The biggest issue I have had is paying for over 300 credits but not having time to collect the data. We did not want to keep getting billed so we stopped the subscription. However, Kaspr removed all the credits WE PAID FOR. Surely you should be able to collect the data in your own time (seeing as you've paid for it) rather than being held ransom by their ongoing renewal plans.

I would not recommend this tool to anybody.

I am really satisfied with this tool and especially the phone numbers.
