I had an excellent experience with kcal throughout the entire month of my meal plan. Additionally, on the few occasions when I had special requests, such as changing my delivery address, the customer service team was extremely helpful, responsive, and genuinely kind. Jeg bestiller hos Kcal ved trianglen. Jeg bestiller en salat gennem Wolt som jeg har gjort en del gange før. Denne gang bestiller jeg en stor, samt uden ris da jeg ikke kan spise det. Jeg modtager en normal størrelse samt halvdelen af boksen er fyldt med ris som om at de har givet ekstra ris. Jeg skriver til supporten og de kommer tilbage med "Du må have bestilt med ris ved en fejl" selvom jeg kan se på min bestilling at der står "uden".

Sidste gang jeg bestiller der desværre...

Har købt virkelig mange salater igennem de sidste 5 år. Efter en længere pause bestilte jeg i Valby-filialen i dag 2 x Ceasar, hvor kyllingen havde den særeste bløde uappetitlige konsistens, og dressingen var nærmest ikke-eksisterende. Hold da op, hvor er kvaliteten blevet af?
Det var så de sidste 230 kr., jeg har lagt i den biks, må jeg bare konstatere 🤢

Amazing customer service, great food, would 100% recommend

I’ve been following Kcal’s meal plan for 3 weeks now and have had a very positive experience so far. The food is genuinely varied, well prepared and properly organised, so it doesn’t feel like I’m eating the same “diet food” every day.

I occasionally feel hungry just before the next meal, which I feel is completely normal, but otherwise I have good energy levels, sleep very well and never feel weak. Combined with regular walking, I’ve already seen encouraging progress.

The biggest benefit for me is that Kcal removes the planning, calorie counting and portion guesswork while still providing enjoyable meals. It makes sticking to a structured diet much easier. Very happy with the service so far.
