This was day 1 of 2 separate scheduled visits. Marc carried out the work today. He arrived on time, kept me informed of what he was doing and completed the work when he said he would. A great guy too.

Came out a couple days later and very quickly cleared a sink blockage- very good

Excellent and swift service

KDE have just replaced our (very!) old gas central heating boiler and water system with a new Worcester Bosch combi system. We are, so far, extremely pleased with it.
The service from KDE has been extremely friendly, efficient and professional, from the time that Jack, the sales engineer, called to give us a quote, to the clearing up afterwards. The engineers came exactly when they said they would, finished when they said they would (despite all the technical difficulties encountered!) and the final invoice was exactly as per the quote.
Very impressed.

We have been using KDE for several years now for all of our properties. They are punctual and whilst providing the highest level of professionalism, are excellent value for money. They recently went above and beyond to assist in preparing a property for market and the service provided by both Customer Service Advisors and Engineers were second to none.

Nice new taps, old ones tough to get out seized

Courteous, punctual, clean and professional.

This was a problem that occurred a few months ago but apparently the boiler contains 2 manifolds and this was the other one that had gone. The engineer was polite and helpful in explaining the problem. He went out and gothe spare part and the job has been completed promptly.

On time, worked well, very nice young men.

Prompt arrival and overall good job. Quality of the outside socket not ideal as cover slightly misaligned. Hopefully it doesn’t let water in.
