Long story short while building my first keyboard (Totem by Geist) I ran into firmware flashing problems (skill issue mostly). Tryed reaching out to people on discord and had no luck. Then while surfing the web I found KeebSupply and thought I'd ask for some info regarding my problems even though I thought they will offer me to order a keyboard from them. I wrote an email and Conor responded with some data: the guy has patience of a Mother Theresa and even though it was friday morning - saturday day time the guy spent almost 2 full days going back and forth with me (a random guy from the net) about my problems and didn't once complain or left me alone. These guys really know their stuff, always led me to a relevant step with suggestions on how to troubleshoot. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks again, really appreciate the help.

Bought a keyboard with assembly and got it delivered in three days. Really fast and good service. They even but in the switches and keycaps that I bought with the order!

I bought a wireless totem from them. They built and shipped it swiftly. I had some issues setting it up (for lack of my knowledge). Conor was very responsive and helpful, and troubleshooted with me step by step. I would highly recommend them.

Super-schneller und vor allem kostenloser Versand ab einem fairen Einkaufswert. Die Preise sind auch im Vergleich zur Konkurrenz top. Auch bieten sie eigene Mikrocontroller an, die perfekt funktionieren. Neulich hatte ich einen defekten Keycap, der sofort ohne Probleme ersetzt wurde. Besser geht es nicht.

Meine Bestellung wurde noch am gleichen Tag verschickt und kam dementsprechend auch schnell bei mir an.
Außerdem war alles sehr sorgfältig und sicher verpackt, da kann nichts schief gehen.
Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

I bought silent choc switches. Delivery was super fast and the packaging was very well at protecting the switches from bent pins or anything like that. Of my 60 switches none was bent.

I've ordered several times at this store and the delivery was so faster that i either got it the next day or the day after. Never had a single defect product, everything packaged with love and care (i even use one of their packages as a carrying case for my split keeb).
