awful service
I recently had teeth whitening done here and I was late for my appointment which I called them in advance to tell them, I was also very apologetic when I arrived and I was treated very rudely by the staff because I was late. Initially they said they would just do the hygiene appointment and I would go back for the teeth whitening as they had another appointment after me, I was disappointed by this as I travelled a long way to get there and I felt the receptionist should’ve told me on the phone they could fit my appointment in due to me being late and I could’ve then rescheduled. Anyway the dentist did the teeth whitening and you can Hardly tell, I wouldn’t waste your money, according to them they are 10 shades whiter but they barely look any whiter at all. Also the dentist said he does the treatment twice and as I was late he only did it once and cut 10 mins off my appointment. If you want to get scorned for being late and then get half the treatment that you paid in full for, go ahead and use this place, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Thank you for feedback. Unfortunately, your feedback tells only one side of the story, which means it is incomplete. Let’s listen to other part.
First, you came 20 mins late for your appointment which was 45 mins appointment (almost half of the appointment was over) – even though over the phone you said you will be around 5 mins late.
Second, despite the fact you were late we still accepted to see you. Dentist recommend you to do hygiene at that time, and book another appointment for the whitening (we had even given you a slot at the same day!). You have refused and demanded to have full session, although you were aware that we had other patients after you.
Third, because of you we had to delay other patients, likely rest of our patients were considerate and nice.
Fourth, you had consultation before and you knew that dentist was considering to run 2 cycle of teeth whitening. But as you were late, he had to do only one cycle. But you were not still happy because your expectation was to have both whitening cycle at the same time – 2 cycle of whitening means we have to delay everyone’s appointment for 30 mins which is unacceptable in our practice considering that it was not even our fault.
Fifth, we have your shades, but you also have it. I suggest you to upload them so everyone could see the difference between before and after. We can see from the images that your shade has improved from A4 to A1/A2 – considering the shade of your teeth it is a good result. As you see some places has A2 shade and this is because you had different shades on your different teeth and also may need to change some of your fillings as whitening is not changing the colour of the filling.
Six, as you were very rude both to the reception and dentist thus, you are unlisted from our patient list and you will not be seen here anymore.
We are confident also results could be better if you were taken recommendation of the dentist and do the teeth whitening the other time. We also used the material as indicated per manufacturing instructions – full syringe 1 cycle 10 mins whitening - you are welcome to check manufacturing instructions. For better results sometimes dentist runs the second cycle to make it even whiter. But in your case as you came late, he did not have the opportunity.
We have also reviewed our policy and as of now we will not perform any whitening procedures if patient would be late. Thank you again for the feedback and good luck in the future!
PS. I have looked at your last current 3 reviews and it seems everybody you reviewed previously got 1 star! It seems you see faults in other people but never in yourself.

Highly recommend Kensington Health Clinic
Before to meet Dr. Sia Radmand, I was very scared even to walk in a dental clinic , now
all the tears disappear and I even smile when I’m on his clinic . I’m gonna have braces soon and I’m very confident because I choose Dr. Sia Radmand .
And also for my aesthetics treatments and I have done botox, lip fillers, cheek bones, tear trough fillers, jawline and I choose just Dr. Radmand , no pain at all and the best results ! Very professional and natural look !

PRP treatment
I came to this clinic as I have heard nothing but good things about it. And from the polite and friendly staff, to the welcoming Doctor. The treatment has gone by so quick. The Doctor uses a special PRP gun which makes the treatment pain free and quick (given the sensitive areas of your scalp where you feel it more). The Doctor takes his time and makes sure you get your results, offering advice along your journey. Would recommend this clinic if you are considering PRP, the staff and doctor will be able to advise you confidently.
