Ordered Wednesday 3rd arrived Friday 5th July
Courier that was used very helpful but I did have to accept the pallet and sort out disposal of that myself
One board out of 72 slightly damaged but not to render it unusable
Good price and although I couldn't get through on the phone for a confirmatory chat the online service was very efficient

All the help I could ask for, even when I get I wrong they help with making exchanges easy

Excellent customer service. There was initially a problem with the quantity of flooring I needed. The manager telephoned me and a solution was sorted out. Delivery was as planned and the flooring is fine. Thoroughly recommend this company as their customer service was first rate.

Great prices, perfect advise and knowledge of products. I bought too much as wasn't sure if I needed extra as was relaying some old flooring mixed with new and they took the extra back no issues. very clear they said that if any was damaged then they couldn't refund it which is fair enough but they did also give me great advise on how to package it. would use again....

I ordered two batches of engineered wood, which I imagined would be a bit of a mare to deliver due to its size, weight and fragility. Kens Yard offered the best price I could find on the web too.

Delivery was fast, product in great condition and there were good comms from Kens Yard.

Overall I was really happy with using Kens Yard and would recommend it to others.
