My sons T-shirt was ment to be here Friday, I ordered it on Monday, can’t get in contact with them and I never got a dispatch email, so looks like it wasn’t even shipped yet. My first and last time to order from them.

I will never in life order from KENZO again… Poor Customer Service!!!
Ordered a pair of shoes for my son's confirmation... took 5 days to arrive, even though they write 2-3 days on their website.
Shoes arrive yesterday... and there a - marker line on the shoes!!! BLACK MARKER on the shoes... why don't you check the things you send?????
His confirmation is Sunday... in 4 days... the company will not ship a new pair, NO I need to order a new pair before they'll ship it.. I asked can you ship it express so we at least can have the shoes to Sunday?
No, we don't do that.... I'm like WHAT?? you send me shoes with black marker on it... and you can't make any good service to make sure I'll get the shoes in time....

Never buy anything at KENZO.....

De skriver at det vil tage 2 dage, fordi de kører valentine udsalg. Bestilte den i tirsdags 12/2. De har accepterede ordenen i dag Torsdag 14/2.
Det er virkelig dårlig service

I own a kenzo bag which was missing a slider with the logo and so I went for the replacement of it at kenzo shop in Milan where the staff has simply gave me a name of a craftsman (unofficial Kenzo assistance) at my own expense . it was a negatively surprise by that kind of procedure and for that I sent two e-mails to the official Kenzo assistance in Paris. It's been two months and I've never received any answer about it. from now on I'll be very carefully before buying any Kenzo product.

I was looking for fancy and comfortable winter boots for a long time. I found them on Kenzo website.
I got my order very quickly , in 4 days only, directly from France! Service was excellent! I am very satisfied with Kenzo website’ service.
I love Kenzo design, quality!
It was a good experience.
I really recommend Kenzo website to my friends!

I ordered a track jacket 2nd January and all went through fine. Later that day, I received a cancellation of order email as the item was out of stock, however, some of my friends ordered the same item on the same/following day and have now had their items delivered. The item is still showing as in stock.

Kenzo have said this is just an automated error but I have received nothing.

quick delivery and best quality, thats what I can say about kenzo. Im in love with their designs and especially tiger print, I found some beautiful shoes there and the delivery came within 3 days) Im very happy

Delivery of premium clothes within a few days in a beautiful parcel for a reasonable price

Ordered yesterday and got it delivered today (in Denmark) - will definitely order from KENZO again. Love my jacket🙌🏼
