Bought a cordless swan pink hoover from my daughter's birthday present box was notting good condition the hoover did not work kept coming up with faults sent it back they said there was nothing wrong with it I asked for a refund they said no they give me my money back but they take 15% which I think was unfair someone said to go to trading Standards 80 pound and I've got 63 pound back would not recommend this company to anybody

This site is so easy to navigate and the prices are amazing. I ordered 2 items from the Terazzo collection and was absolutely delighted at the quality that I’ve now ordered another 4 of the same range. Received a toaster which was not as I believed but made in China rather than the UK. Wished to return but charged a fee for 'restocking' which is a joke and no assistance with the return postage which was extortionate in the first place.

I bought a Swan Nordic range 4 Slice toaster expecting the wood to be light oak as the description described and the battered box it arrived in. When I opened the wood was dark oak and scratches and marks on the back of the toaster. I asked to return as the product was different to the picture and box and I can honestly say that Alex from this company will not take any responsibility saying that the product is slightly different colour and I would need to pay for the return and to rub it in more want 15% stock fee!
The colour isn’t slightly it is very different and this item was not the colour on the picture or the box! I wouldn’t have bought. BE CAREFUL BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE … READ ALL REVIEWS IT SEEMS TO BE A COMMON THREAD WISH I HAD.. the products are not as described or sent in the correct box. I’m seeking legal advice out of principle because this is not my fault so not sure why I should be out of pocket! From a £40 toaster I would only approx receive £22 back.

I ordered this electric fire because its design and size perfectly fitted our fireplace. It was a lot cheaper than other stores so I was expecting to find something wrong with it.
It arrived very quickly and I have been unable to find any defects.

Complete farce of a company - attempted to return a kettle that arrived that was not the same colour as the one advertised on their web page. The image was clearly black and the product received was light grey. At first they implied that I had misunderstood the colour due to resoloution, when I sent images to confirm, I was then advised, as it was still the right model received I am not entitled to a full refund as it has been shipped correctly because it is the same model still, no code of conduct or inclination of what their legal obligations are. I am told I need to ship back at my own cost and I will then have a 15% re-stock fee applied AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS

Can't fault this company at all. Obviously when things are much cheaper on sites like this, you're taking a bit of a punt as to what you'll actually end up with, but delivery was quick and the product was top notch with no flaws or faults. Big thumbs up from me!
