Great technician. Opened all the locks repaired them in 100yr old cabinet. Plenty of great advice about on going maintenance. On time with all his gear totally prepared for social distancing and shielding household members

Brilliant service. Expert arrived 5 mins earlier than the time I specified and the problem was totally sorted in 5 mins.
Also gave me useful advice and bill not huge. Definitely recommend.

David and the Office Team were outstanding, can’t fault them. Unfortunately there hard work all went down the drain the minute Oliver the “Locksmith” and I use the word Locksmith very loosely because he’s more like one of those shoddy tradesman you see on watchdog trying to scam old people who don’t know better. From the minute he set foot through my door he was trying to rush the job. He quoted me 3 times what the office team had quoted, and when I queried his quote he tried rushing the job further by telling me he had another job to get to and that I needed to make a decision there and then on his price. Needless to say that wasn’t going to happen and the moment I told him I’d be calling his office to clear up the inflated price he tried everything he could think of to get out the door. I’ve sold everything from double glazing to bar crawls and booze cruises and I thought these old school pressure sales tactics were a thing of the past so to encounter this guy was disappointing. I hope he hasn’t been sent to too many jobs where the customers are less aware of this shocking practice. Fortunately the office team came to the rescue on the prices and charges but it wasn’t enough to prevent me from voicing my dissatisfaction with the overall experience of which Oliver didn’t even stick around to hand me the new keys, he just left them in the lock with the door open and took off! Shocking service. Maybe OLIVER should consider a different line of work away from human interaction.

The locksmith arrived by foot within 45 mins of the call out, not quite 20 minutes as advertised. The process was performed within several seconds. Thankfully it was a simple process so charged the basic fee.

Showed up on time as promised and did exactly what we asked them to do. Locksmith was courteous, knew his craft and handled things efficiently. Billing was efficient.

However then proceeded to try and sell me a £15 new cylinder lock for £180
I didn’t take them up on this which the locksmith didn’t seem too happy about
Makes me think how many vulnerable group customers get fleeced?

Person turned up within 2 hours on a Friday evening and sorted my stuck garage door within 5 minutes.
The company appeared professional in dealing with the whole situation.

Have used the company in the past when they replaced front door lock. Used them again recently due to a broken key in the lock. Came out when they said and repair was done quickly.

I called locksmith as I forgot my keys and they was very efficient and help me out I had my kids in the car they are a great service I would recommend them always.

I contacted Keys4ulocksmith to report a faulty garage shed door lock that needed repairing. I was quoted an acceptable price to carry out a repair. A tradesman from the company arrived at my house within an hour. The lock was repaired within an hour and there was a small additional charge for a part required.

Overall, I was extremely happy with the efficient repair of the lock at a very reasonable cost.

Speedy response, very happy with the service provided. I was just not happy with the mess left behind with the chipping away from the doors. I also find that it was very expensive just to change 2 barrels in my doors and the hourly rate should be what they said, they were not here for an hour but I was charged the full hourly rate.
