Without breaking each section of the ERP system into it's individual parts and buying a specific product or without paying a fortune, you will struggle to find a more comprehensive system for the price. Khaos Control is an excellent choice for businesses looking for an affordable and easy-to-use ERP system that can meet their needs. In my opinion it is a great option for businesses ranging from small to medium-sized businesses.

Been with these guys for years - great service. The application itself is very suited to multi channel selling [which is what we do here].

Would like to thank Simon and Co for their help tonight when they came to the rescue of a damsel in distress when the battery was flat on her car!

I just had a call with Khaos Control and the only product they are interested in selling is ERP package at the rate of £30,000. The Cloud package lacks basic functionality such as using apps and hence will make it practically useless for small businesses.
So stay away if you need a cost effective software that will do something meaningful.

Quick & helpful service from Chris, and friendly training with Steve ! Although our circumstances changed and we couldn't go ahead with Khaos, we got a refund for our unused training time, which we really appreciate. Easy and fast to get onboarded, and really responsive employees.

I've used Khaos for over 3 years. In that time we've had some problems but they've always been sorted out. The support team are generally easily accessible and very knowledgeable. The system itself works well and provides a number of efficiencies and reporting improvements over our previous set up.

I dont actualy use KHAOS. It was they who recognised the system was overkill for my modest needs and pointed me in the right direction from there. Integrity like that deserves 5 stars in itself, methinks :)

I could not be happier with my decision to work with these guys. It’s made my business more organised, and made us more confident that we have all our inventory and order management under control. Absolute class act of a product and the team behind. Highly recommended.

We are now into our fourth year of being a Khaos Control customer - and right from the very start, we've been impressed. Their initial project setup, expectation management, requirements capture was excellent. Through a common understanding of goals and capabilities, there have been no surprises, no dead ends and most importantly no looking back!

The initial project setup was handled very professionally, making us aware as a business what they expected from us in return for them to meet our expectations - that was great communication and plenty of user acceptance testing. They took the time to really understand our business, meet our teams and visualise exactly what we wanted to achieve. This was also helped by understanding ourselves what we needed, having mapped business processes and clear ways of working, after all the delivery of such a system is contingent on both parties playing a part.

We have had a number of custom developments undertaken, all of which were specified accurately, developed, tested and delivered as we would hope. In situations where development has proved unobtainable, only once I might add, they have been upfront and honest, refunded the development cost and moved on. There have also been a number of occasions where a requested development has been deemed of benefit to the wider user group and development has been completed FOC, this is a great feature of Khaos Control - they recognise the ideas of their customers and spread the benefit.

The smooth running of the system and our website has allowed us to continue to drive growth with a reliable and stable platform on which to run many aspects of the business.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Khaos Control, and have frequently, to other businesses.

Having used many systems over the years I can safely say I am very pleased with choosing Khaos control 6 years ago when we started this new business. It is rich in functionality, easy to use, robust and stable. Any modifications we have required have been done carefully and diligently.

The support is excellent and the retained knowledge of the various teams is really useful when trying to establish workflows with Khaos. The integrations are really good with the marketplaces and the various couriers that we use.

With sales trebling overnight with the COVID pandemic we were very pleased we had chosen Khaos Control as it managed the increase in demand and usage without any problems whatsoever.

I feel obliged to advise that due to the issues we have had as a customer of Khaos Control and the fact we have voiced our concerns publicly, Khaos Control have took the decision to cease our contract on its renewal in April 2021. That is them terminating our contract, resulting in rucomfy Beanbags having to find an alternative solution to a provider we have paid 50k for a 2 year solution.

Looked at a number of systems for our Animal Crackers online selling and so glad we chose Khaos Cloud Control, great system, easy to use and good support when you need it.

I implemented Khaos Control in 2007 and it has successfully supported my company's growth over the last 13 years. Yes the system is not perfect (what ERP system is?) but it offers a wide spectrum of off the shelf functionality, it can be developed to accommodate any bespoke requirement and can be easily integrated with a number of 3rd party platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay etc). Furthermore, I thoroughly enjoy working alongside the Khaos Control team and have always found them to be willing and able to assist me as and when the need arises.

'Could' be an acceptable and adequate system but not scalable in my opinion without significant further investment from us and Khaos Control would need to spend less time treating symptoms and more time treating the root cause of the problems to achieve an improved and stable system.

Certainly Mis-sold on numerous features by the sales staff which has made the relationship between the 2 companies unattainable as we are both under different perceptions. Response from Khaos control lacks any empathy and is simple minded in most instances. 

Support is not included in the license agreement contrary to what we were told by the sales staff and even the simplest of changes will cost you 3 hours at £66/hr.

Program becomes unresponsive at many different stages and they simply blame us, our server, our hardware which it is not. As I have said above, they spend all their time treating the symptoms, not the root cause of the problems and request unprecedented remote access to our server and system to continuously put out the fires!

The simplest of processes fail to work on a day to day basis meaning we have to babysit the system.

They expect you to adapt to their system which we fully embraced however is not always an option and with their processes, it would make us as a company less efficient and less streamlined. Again, we were told otherwise by the sales staff.

Working components critical to us going live were not ready even 3 months after us going live and resulted in costly and time consuming workarounds having to be put in place and followed by us.

Finally, they are adamant we are at fault for all issues and certain staff are very defensive of their system and will happily spend more time trying to prove it is not their system at fault, then actually attending to an issue.

I will happily speak to anyone that would like to know more about our experiences.

We have been using Khaos control for five years
In this time the Khaos team have helped us to evolve our business, keeping our systems up to date, offering excellent support, development and training.
Khaos Control has given us everything we need and integrates well with our Magento 2 website, Amazon, Shopify and other partners.
I have built up a strong relationship with the team at Khaos and also a network of other users through the fantastic conferences and training days KCS have offered.
KCS always have the customer in mind and have always gone over and above to assist with any developments (however challenging) and support queries.
I would highly recommend Khaos Control as an ERP and Khaos Control Solutions as an excellent company to work with.

Our total experience with Khaos has been excellent, the system does what we need and more. From when we first decided to use Khaos and right the way throughout the service has been first class. The projects team take the time to understand exactly what you need from the system and are always happy to help every step of the way. We can already start to see the benefits to our business and I'm sure this is a trend that will continue.

We have been using Khaos Control for the past 18 months, and have been really impressed with the system, they organise training and the support is excellent, they listen to what we have to say and always try to adapt their system to give us what we need to improve our business and hopefully others, it has made ordering and keeping track on what we have in stock and syncing with our website and Ebay particularly helpful, i would recommend KC to anybody thinking of changing their system regardless of the size.

We have been with Khaos Control for over 10 years now and they have developed a system that has managed to work alongside our business. They have been able to continuously meet the demands of our needs which at times are challenging but there is always a solution to what we want the system to do. Khaos control allows for slick automation processes across all function of our business and has the capabilities for numerous integration for example: couriers, web platforms, suppliers, customers etc... This could go on.

Even after using the system for so long, we are still discovering functionality of Khaos Control that we had never known previously. The functionality that Khaos control offers is never ending and continuously working with Khaos to reduce any waste within our business to streamline all processes.

All staff within Khaos Control understand exactly what we need but also have strong knowledge how we use Khaos control. Staff at Khaos control are always on hand for any information or guidance. As the system can be developed this allows us to grow but also Khaos control to enhance and develop their system for all users.

We currently use the CSMS program which at first I was extremely reserved about but now nearly a year into the program itself, the benefit of a technical dedicated account manager serves it's purpose for both parties. Imagine having someone who has full knowledge of the system and is always on hand no matter what time of day to answer queries and questions. The value we get from this program has been excellent for allows us to develop as a business and improve our service for our customers. This has already been paid for 100 times over from what we have achieved working on a 1-2-1 basis with a dedicated technical account manager.

In a nutshell, if you want a system that works and will meet the needs of your business this is it, along with a company who will grow with you then Khaos Control is the option for you.

We moved from a well-known accountancy software, that was unable to meet our demands as a growing business, to Khaos Control.

The transition from one software to another was very slick and we were supported by our Project Control Officer to ensure that the process was as seamless as possible.

Khaos Control has helped us have a lot more visibility over our stock holding and our sales operations. It is such a vast system that even six years later, we are still discovering more system functionality and additional ways that we can work with the software to help streamline our business.

Additionally, the whole team at Khaos Control are very helpful and they understand our business needs, which helps improve the system for ourselves as well as other Khaos Control users. As Khaos Control allow development to their system, it allows a certain amount of flexibility that helps us grow and improve as a business.
