Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I purchased the avocado eye cream, and unfortunately it caused irritation and redness around my eyes. I reported the issue, and I was given a 300 AED voucher as compensation.
However, the voucher was not working, and when I contacted customer service, they were unable to help or provide a solution. I was also told that the voucher cannot be extended, which was very frustrating.
I asked to speak with a manager, but I never received any feedback or follow-up. This made the experience even worse.
I suffered from the eye cream, and the compensation provided was not usable. I expected better customer care, especially after a negative reaction to a product.
Overall, very poor customer service and disappointing handling of the situation.
Poor Customer Service…
I telephoned the Customer services and when my call was answered all I could hear was voices and coughing. I called again and was told I had to send a photo of the missing cream in the container. This is not easy when you are older and not use to using a computer. I am still waiting for the email promised.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing. I have supported the brand for many years and simply requested a one-time goodwill reinstatement of my Black Diamond welcome gift after missing the expiry date.
Although I understand policies exist, I had hoped for some flexibility or customer-centric service. Unfortunately, my request was declined without exception. This experience has made me reconsider my loyalty.

What a horrible experience I had! I using Kiehl’s product for decade and I love it. Unfortunately some products you can buy only on line. I purchased face cream and it got lost in the mail. I called 4 times and requested the manager, they told me he would call me back in a 3 days!!!! And he didn’t. After 9 days since my product got lost they told me to wait 8 more days and they refused to return my money. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card. Never going to buy from them again.
The customer service is more than bad
The customer service is more than bad! They sent me one product which was already opened. After telefone nobody send the email how to proceed as they promised. After my new email they asked for sending back the product but i had no retoure ticket in the first package, they did also not send one and even the adress where to send it came after anonther question mail. In this mail they wrote that they will refund only products in original status! That is the problem that i got it NOT in this status. So decides to give up and never order here again instead of waisting more time! Although i liked the product, but as it should be a present for someone else- how can you give a opened present calendula cream to someone? It was a very bad experience!

Jeg bestilte et tilbud fra deres hjemmeside. Jeg fik aldrig en ordrebekræftelse, men så efter nogle dage at pengene var trukket fra min konto. Jeg ringede til deres kundeservice som faktisk svarede på engelsk. De kunne godt se at jeg ikke havde modtaget ordrebekræftelse fordi varen var udgået fra lageret. Ok. Jeg skulle ringe igen efter 8 dage, så ville de tilbageføre penge på min konto. Nu kan jeg ikke få fat i dem og formularen på deres hjemmeside til at sende en mail virker ikke.
Jeg kan ikke anbefale at købe Kiehl´s.

Don't order on their website! If (or rather, when) something goes wrong, they won’t fix it, but still keep your money. I had an item missing in my last order, I’ve written “customer service” (quotation marks because I don’t believe it actually exists at Kiehls) 3 times now, first time more than a month ago, and I haven’t heard anything back.
There are so many other great skincare brands out there, choose something else. Kiehls clearly doesn’t value their customers at all.

I sure hope you look at the reviews before you purchase anything from their website. They have the worst customer service of all time of anyone I have ever shopped online with. Seven days going on eight days and I still have not received my product and it is not showing that it has moved since they supposedly said it shipped seven days ago. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company tomorrow and will never ever order from this website ever again. don’t order from this website.
Kiehls service is improving
WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’ve been a Kiehl’s customer for decades and I give up. Placed order 12/28, emailed 1/12 to inquire. I was told that it takes 10 days to ship. I was on the 15th day. I called the following day and was told there was a glitch. Did I still want order or a refund. I told them if you can ship within 3 days I will accept. They gave me a refund. There’s nothing like a huge company like L’Oreal purchasing a great small company like Kiehl’s and throwing it down the toilet!
P.S. I decided to give Kiehls another chance. I placed an order last week and received it promptly. I guess the bad reviews were read by someone in corporate.
Lamentable
Lamentable, la primera vez que compraba esta marca de manera online. El envío nunca llegó a realizarse, solicité el reembolso y todavía sigo esperando a que llegue el servicio de entrega y atención al cliente lamentable.
HORRIFIC customer service
I have been using Kiehl’s for years, had the absolute WORST experience with customer service regarding my order that I placed for Christmas!! The online representative made me feel like they really didn’t care if I wasn’t going to get my order on time for Christmas. They had a very condescending tone when responding. The response I received was, “I’m sorry for the inconvenience”. That exact sentence was repeated 3 times, with no solution offered. I then got the response, “do you want a refund?”, which made me feel like I was begging for free product. I was not looking for free product, just wanted help, or maybe a solution. Maybe send a new shipment with the same product that might have made it on time? Anything would have been better than the response I received. I placed the order on 12/13, got an email from Kiehl’s saying it shipped 12/15-STILL haven’t received the order and it’s 12/28. STILL haven’t heard ANYTHING from customer service. I am so disappointed! TERRIBLE experience, rethinking my loyalty to this brand!

KIEHL’S Vit C serum
Ordered KIEHL’S Vit C serum . Received something that is totally different from previous formula. Old formula : yellow cream, smooth , leaves warm feeling on a skin when applied. New formula : white color , grainy , unpleasant to apple , no results whatsoever. Called customer service , the lady literally did not listed or understood what o was saying. Wake me to send a phone of “ defect” ( what phone ? How will she see the texture and effect ???) . Anyway , told me to ship it back with $8 charges. Seriously ?! So I went to the store, showed them the issue , was offered a “ store credit “. Lovely. Had to call a manager to resolve the issue and get my money back. Never again !
PS . Wrote an honest review on Keihls website and they did not let it thought! It’s crazy . So here we are. They just lost another customer
Pessima esperienza nell'acquisto online
I prodotti Kiehl's sono molto buoni ma se volete ricevere un prodotto in tempo, vi conviene ordinare con un mese d'anticipo. L'esperienza di acquisto online è pessima. Ho comprato un prodotto spedito in data 11/12 e ad oggi il tracciamento non è ancora disponibile. Loro dicono di aver spedito ma dal tracciamento sul sito del corriere il pacco non risulta neanche preso in carico. Utilizzano le poste come corriere anche se il pacco parte dalla Francia e ti dicono che prima dei 14gg non c'è possibilità di sollecito.
Kiehl's bad customer service
I've been a Kiehl's customer for close to a decade. Always prefer in store purchases, but since the stores have dwindled down to nothing, I've resorted to buying online for the last year. On my last black friday order, i missed out on a big reward gift for no fault of mine, When I contacted Kiehl's asking why my gift was not sent out, they insisted that the instructions were available on their website, and that I was at fault for not including the code in the check out. I explained that I had been shopping online with them for a few days and never came across instructions for a code till after all my purchases were made. They were adamant that this was not the case, and would not budge. They made no effort to keep a long term customer happy. I simply wanted what was owed to me. To make matters worse, I received none of the freebies that usually accompany online orders. Suffice to say that their standards are at a lowest and I am never shopping with them again. What a shame. Their loss.

TERRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL CALL CENTER IN DUBAI. NEVER EVER BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. THEY HAD AN OFFER ON THE WEBSITE AND THEN REFUSED TO HONOR IT. AFTER THAT THE CALL CENTER DROVE ME NUTS. LITERALLY NUTS. I WOULD LIKE TO COMPLAIN TO L'OREAL HEAD OFFICE TOO. ZERO COMMUNICATION SKILSS, UNABLE TO FIND MY ORDER FOR HOURS, EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL ALL THE WAY.
