Disgraceful pricing – €30 for a fuel return line I pulled myself
​Absolute rip-off. I had to pull the part off the car myself, and they still had the nerve to charge me €30 just for a tiny fuel return line. For a used, customer-removed hose that takes two minutes to grab, that price is daylight robbery. Combine that with the shocking attitude from the staff, and I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. Avoid.

Highly recommend this place always get what’s needed and staff are all AA especially Noel who’s very helpful and helped me get sorted with the parts I needed for my car for nct highly recommend this place would not go anywhere else

Best place and cheapest in Ireland for car parts max. Staff are gentlemen. Highly recommend it if I could give 100 stars I would.

I found what I wanted but prices are too high. It was my last visit there.

Very very bad experience they rob me they gave me different price and after they charge me double price really roude person there..make sure you all ask them to write price on paper.then buy parts.

I emailed for a price on scrap, told them I had a car full of scrap, after car was taken off they said scrap price I was given was different to scrap car prices, after I left I emailed the primary contact about the different prices I was quoted, then I received a call from the guy at the desk who was the person I was emailing and he told me to have some balls and make my complaint to his face, very professional company 👎

I understand some people have had some bad experiences with this place but iv been lucky! I ordered twice. Once afew months ago for a mirror unit and was in perfect condition and was next day delivery. Then this week I ordered a egr cooler and the guys were very helpful on the phone and also on WhatsApp messages. No rudeness at all like other say very professional and helpful. Sometimes you have to send them the actual picture of the exact part on WhatsApp so they know what there looking for like in my case because there was 3 different egr coolers for my year of car! Long story short give these guys a chance! I know I will again and I'm sure if they part isn't the right fit or isn't working correctly they will either replace it for you or refund you. Give them a try 👍

These guys are likely to sell you a part for a car that is from a different year model to your car as was in my case. When my mechanic told me the part was from a previous year and as a result the part would not fit.
When trying to return the part they tried to put the blame one me, made excuses and said there was nothing physically wrong with the part the had given me and therefore would not give a refund. With debate I said they'd sold me a part from an earlier model, be honourable and give me a refund. Eventually gave 50% refund and a credit note.
Three staff plus the owner making excuses why they should not give a refund even though they supplied a part from an earlier model. The owner became being foul mouthed while trying to justify not giving a full refund referring to us customers coming in and getting them to do all the work and search for parts while expecting them to give us our money back where we look for parts that are wrong...in the end the owner just kept rambling while all the staff dissapeared leaving the main fronline man to deal with me.
Seriously advise anyone to have the actual part you are looking to replace on front of you with this crowd.
These guys are rude and unprofessional even just dealing with them on the phone...give me 15 minutes and I'll see if we have the part. Three times I had to phone and then trying to phone back with an answer was a lucky shot..
Anyway, Buyer BEWARE with this crowd. They may sell you a part from another model and give whatever excuse they can to not give you a refund...
