Chaotic communication/dispatch.
I ordered some products from this company on the 18th Jan 2023 and was told that there would be a delay before delivery due to product manufacture (fermenting and holidays.)
I then received an email to say that the order was being sent out on the 15th March 2023 along with a Parcelforce tracking number. It was supposedly being sent Express24 with Parcelforce. After several days of trying to track the parcel using the tracking number given, I contacted Parcelforce directly and they had no information on the package. They had not received it into their system.
Trying to contact Kimchi with Everything proved to be unhelpful. Mobile-Tesco mobile voice mail did not result in any response.
e mails came back with a name of Tina Benson with what looked like system generated responses with all the usual glowing apologies, but no real help.
Update 24 March 2023. After several e.mails I did finally get a resolution in that they did refund my money, so they are a genuine company.
Unfortunately they are Some what chaotic in their communication and distribution processes.

most unhappy
most unhappy, bought several of these at the vegan fest in November . we opened on to use straight away and put the others in our Christmas treat box for the kids when we saw them at christmas. came to the 15th December i went to get their boxes sorted and they had all expanded and leaked out over the rest of the items in the box. this was the coldest part of the house which never go above 5 degrees. i emailed kimchi with pics and they never even bothered to get back in touch. best before 08 12 2024.
