What makes my experience great with this company is, again, when I have a problem with anything pertaining to my apparel business they go through resolutions to solve my problem. They also listen to my feedback on resolutions as well. That's a very great strength for this company. Custer Service should always be a number one priority for any business. Great items, need better bulk pricing for shop owners
I like how my images look on the items, I just wish bulk order discounts were back to when they started.
Because of the new tier I have to order less than or need a lot of capital to benefit from a larger bulk order.

Kin Custom has very high quality…
Kin Custom has very high quality products and very nice packaging. I have used them for 4 years and have had very few problems. I also like the quality of product images and the models. I use them a lot for my website. I would like more design flexibility with the colors of items, more than just black or white base for shoes and bags.

Uploading Images can be very slow or it doesn't upload
I design using Photoshop to upload to Kincustom. Problem is the upload either doesn't happen or is too slow. If I reduce the size even more the DPI is very low which will make the quality of image low too. They need to sort this issue from their end, either use a service/server to upload larger image to keep the quality of image.
Many times the image does not upload at all and there is a limit time, so you got to login all over again!
The other problem is the high cost of delivery. I had to pay a hefty fee for tax to have products delivered.
I cannot rely on their website so I have to find somewhere else. It's a pity as I did like the quality of the product so now trying to find local company to print because I rather have speed and quality of product for that. I cannot rely on the speed of the website system with uploading, it's too slow and having to do it over and over again to find image dpi is not good enough due to resizing image.

Shipments internationally may encounter custom duty fees. The fees are based on the destination and the regulations the country being shipped to. Different countries have import procedures which is determined by its custom’s law in the destination country, not Kin Custom or the carrier.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. They take forever to get back to you. I had two orders which I had shipping issues with and they refused to refund me although I submitted proof... and was a loyal customer. As a fellow small business, I thought they would have respected my business more.

We are sorry to hear that your experience with Kin Custom's customer service was not great. We recently had a transition in the team to improve our customer service experience and understand that there has been prior delays in responses.
Regarding refunds, we do request additional information from our customers when there is an issue with shipments. If the shipping carriers provide us with proof of delivery for an item, we will need documentation from the customer showing that it was delivered to the incorrect address if that is the case. Our policy states:
"We are not able to file claims on packages marked as delivered by the Carrier. If your order is marked as delivered by the Carrier, and you do not have the package, please reach out to the carrier directly to file a claim. No refunds will be issued for orders marked as delivered."

I have been purchasing shoes and sling bags from Kin Custom for the past year. I need a refund for my order that’s all or my product to come. I really never had bad experience with kin custom but recently feel like the stolen from me. Can’t get a response and I have gotten my order since 11/2022. Very disappointed!

Worst Quality
Worst Shoes. Bought 3 pairs. Out of 3 using 1 pair. In 3 days heel area glue off. Within 2 months both shoes front Sole removed. Worst Quality. Paid a month advance for delivery. But all in vain.

This was for KIN APPAREL SATIN HOODIES
VERY SORRY
I really wanted to support a Black-owned business; you get so excited to see something different. However, I purchased a hoodie, which was too large; they are unisex sizing, and I missed that information. So they only give refunds store credit; you guessed it also missed that information. I am using the store credit now; the same item is $5.00 more plus shipping, which is $15.
They have lost a customer. Once I get this item, I am done.
Future customers read every policy piece to know what you are getting.

Sent me the wrong item, and then instead of refunding me the full amount or exchanging the item, I got store credit but for $10 less than I spent. Never buy from these people.
