Ce casino est certainement le pire des escrocs des centaines de coups joués sans le moindre gain. Plusieurs mises de 20 euros et à chaque fois 2 ou 3 euros de gain. Une honte que de tels voleurs puissent encore fonctionner en toute impunité

Beware of this casino they are a scam
Beware of this casino they are a scam. Don’t use credit card to deposit as they do small amounts of regular deductions from the card. The amounts deducted are randomly and small amounts so the card holder won’t notice. And the amount taken from the credit card is not credited to the casino account of card holder. If you notice and query the Casino will close your account. King Billy is big time scam

Dear Rick,
Thank you for your feedback.

This may involve requesting identification documents, proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits.
At the moment, we were unable to locate an account matching the details provided in your review. If you have played with us, we kindly ask you to contact our support team directly so we can review your case and assist you further.
We appreciate your understanding.

I have played at various casinos for…
I have played at various casinos for almost 20 years online. But this Casino is the BEST. Most bonuses have a no-max win limit & playthrough on most bonuses is 30x, compared with 40x at other casinos. They even have some no-playthrough free spins & most free spins are 20c or 40c, not 10c like other casinos. I am at the "count" tier and receive special bonuses on request. A fantastic casino. I enjoy playing. Fast payouts. BEST Casino. Please keep up the good work

This casino is dreadful
This casino is dreadful. They are transparent that you have to turnover your deposit 3 times, their low rtp and that withdrawals won't be processed in the weekend so I guess I can't complain about that but that's the least of it. It seems impossible to withdraw at all - my withdrawal was cancelled up to 10 times over 'technical issues.' I eventually gave up and wagered it away before asking them to close my account. Prior to getting to the stage I could withdraw, I got in a never ending series of communications with support to ask them why I had still $108 to wager before withdrawing when I deposited $30 and had wagered at least $100 already. It took time - their '24/7' support answers approximately every 24 hrs and mostly just cite terms and conditions that had no relevance to the question I was asking. Never really got to the bottom of it and am now beyond caring, but please avoid unless you want to throw your money away and enjoy being frustrated.

Dear Vicki,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience was frustrating and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation.
As outlined in our terms and conditions, the deposit was subject to a 3× wagering requirement, which needed to be fully completed before a withdrawal could be processed. Regarding the final withdrawal attempt, it was canceled because some of the payment details were entered incorrectly in the withdrawal request. For security reasons, withdrawals cannot be completed when the provided information does not match the required format or bank details.
We understand how this may have felt after multiple attempts and regret that the overall experience led to dissatisfaction. Your comments have been noted, and we will continue working on improving clarity around wagering progress and the withdrawal process to help avoid similar situations in the future.
Thank you,
The King Billy Team

This is an unfair site, avoid it if you can!!
I registered, uploaded the documents (from myself), then I asked RA directly, the customer service said I just need to pay and send the picture of it and my profile will be verified..!!
Yes, I deposit 15$ after immediately suspended my account and I can't play! According to customer service, it's a standard procedure and as soon as my profile is verified, I can play....
Everyone, avoid this site, this casino is a joke!

Dear Robert,
Thank you for sharing your concerns. We’re sorry to hear that this situation caused frustration and would like to clarify what happened.
During the verification process, it was confirmed that the account was registered from a restricted country where our services are not available. In such cases, account access is suspended in line with our terms and regulatory requirements. As no gameplay was permitted, the deposited amount was fully refunded.
We understand that this outcome can be disappointing; however, these measures are mandatory and applied consistently to ensure compliance. We appreciate your feedback and hope this explanation helps clarify the reason for the account restriction and refund.
Thank you,
The King Billy Team
Do not play this casino
Do not play this casino. All their bonuses are fake. I did 4 of them and they only gave me the sign up bonus. I contacted support after the chat person was telling me I was entering the codes wrong. I told them the codes appear when you click the add. That it wasn’t possible. So I did it again with the next deposit to prove I was right and that bonus didn’t appear again. What do they do? They pretty much say too bad. They prey on new customers clearly with their bonuses that don’t work on purpose. They rake in millions and they can’t even release a deposit low bet deposit bonus, what does that say about them?

Dear Cat,
thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry that King Billy did not meet your expectations. As we have checked, our customer support team has explained all the details regarding bonuses your account has tried to claim. All bonuses at King Billy Casino are applied automatically only if all required conditions are met at the exact moment of deposit. These conditions are governed by our Terms & Conditions and are enforced strictly by the system itself. In the rare occasion that the bonus is not shown after the deposit is made, it is advised to come to Live-Chat without playing the deposit so the customer support team could add the bonus manually.
Unfortunately, once a deposit is played without an active bonus being attached, the system does not allow us, even on our side, to manually add, restore, exchange, or compensate the bonus afterward if the balance is played.
Thank you,
The King Billy Team
