Scam 100%. I deposited for Welcome bonus. I selected it and deposited. So I got no bonus at all, support is not answering on email, there is no live support here. Seeems like its scam.
Played today. Ugly expérience. A lot of glitches in slots, for sure it means that slots are faked. Then, even if you will win for instance x300, further wagering will take you back down and you will never meet wagering requirements. Don't believe? Go waste your money.

Not sure if I'm proud of it, but I've played at many online casinos and think that I know what I'm talking about. Kingcasi didn't reinvent the wheel here but everything works as should. Their generous bonuses convinced me to make my first deposit. Everything went smooth. I made it a habit to test the customer support of every new casino I'm playing at. If they don't react quickly or if my spidy senses tingle, I'll make a run. Kingcasi.com passed that test. I made a withdrawal which was processed quickly. So nothing to complain here. I didn't give them 5 stars as there is only one currency (Euro) available.
Great Casino with a huge variety in slot-games and even my favorite evolution live games. I've never heard of them before which made me sceptic as I received an promotional email from them even though I'm sure I haven't signed up there.
Regardless, I managed to win a few euros which would normally not satisfy my greed but as I wanted to test their service first before playing further I requested a withdrawal. The KYC checks went over very quick and even the bank transfer reached me in a timely manner. The support is lovely BUT it took me some time to get through to them.. They seemed a bit understaffed the last few days but I already see improvements.
