Besides the fact of the pricing and the Abundant choices King's pipe offers, I found that the attitude of the people who make it happen is everything. I've never felt more welcomed and appreciated as a customer then I have with King's pipe. They are Above the Rest they care and you will not be disappointed in your relationship with this company. From my experience this is the most important thing and the reason that I will not turn my back on this company and I will continue to buy from them above all others. These guys are awesome! Whether it was a broken pipe or other issues these guys have ALWAYS stood by there products. If I had a problem they’ve always my back. There aren’t many headships especially online that would go to the extent that they have!! They will continue to have my business! Smoke cartel maybe not!

Even though there was a mistake with the intial order (was sent the wrong items) the customer support was prompt and easy to talk to. The issue was resolved quick and there was no hassle for it.

I bought a 9mm bong and after using it, wanted a few mods. King's has a custom bong option so you can get exactly what you want. For a very small upcharge they can give you what you want. The new bong is the best I could have imagined.

Ordered a limited edition puffco device they had listed as in stock on their website. The device was listed at $50 higher than it should have been ($470) but due to it being a limited edition color I was okay with paying more due to the hard to find nature of the item so I placed the order.

I get a message the next day telling me they don't have the item but offering to give me one of the standard puffco devices "at no increased cost to you."

The standard peak pro 3dxl in white or black are listed at $420 on just about every smoke shop in existence, and here these geniuses are offering to "upgrade" my order to the bog standard device, that has a cheaper price tag, and tried to spin it as a positive that they weren't going to charge me more for a cheaper item.

DO NOT buy from this company. Customer support is nonexistent. They don't have a phone line. Save yourself the headache of trying to get in contact with a company that doesn't give you an easy way to resolve issues.
