Kinky-shoes | the high heel webshop Opiniões

Great communication and customer service, thanks again <3

Excellent service, good communication about the order and great collection of shoes. Ordered a pair of 8 inch pleaser sandals in super nice purple/blue/yellow colour, not available anywhere else. They came with handy instructions on how to make them fit comfortably fast. Works really well. Love my shoes and will definitely order again at kinky shoes as their service is amazing.

Echt n topshop!

Ordering and payment went very smoothly, and upon delivery, I had a question that was answered almost immediately. Delivery was also quick and easy. I haven't heard any complaints about the shoes!

Helder & snel. Helemaal blij!

Thank you for everything! So kind and lovely I'm super happy!

Much love

The delivery was slightly delayed due to my order being out of stock temporarily, but there was consistent contact with the seller and it arrived very quickly afterwards! Amazing quality, I'm extremely happy with my DemoniaCult Shaker 52s. There was even a delicious gift that came along with it! I totally recommend this seller.

Goede communicatie en best snel geleverd ook! Leuk ingepakt en zelfs versiering en snoepjes erbij! Heel blij met mijn aankoop! Dankjewel!

I was able to email for sizing advice and quickly received a reply. My order arrived within the timeframe given on the website and the shoes were a great fit!

I recently purchased a pair of Pleaser boots in size 45 from Kinky Shoes, and I must say, it was the only place where I could find such a wide selection of larger sizes. The price range was consistent with regular sizes, which was a pleasant surprise.

My order arrived considerably fast, and the package was well-packed, leaving me thoroughly satisfied with the initial delivery experience.

However, on the very first use, the boots unfortunately broke. I want to emphasize that this was clearly a manufacturer's mistake and not the seller's fault.

What truly impressed me was Kinky Shoes' owner Chaira. I contacted her immediately and received a response incredibly fast. Chiara from Kinky Shoes was exceptional. She helped me find a perfect solution and even took steps to prevent the same issue from happening with my new pair of shoes. Thanks to her prompt and effective assistance, I received a replacement pair in a beautiful burgundy red.

Despite the initial manufacturing defect, Kinky Shoes turned a potentially negative experience into a positive one through their outstanding customer support. I highly recommend them for their selection and their commitment to customer satisfaction.

It was a very pleasurable experience with kinky shoes. The package was very nicely wrapped. It was very pretty packed with some extra goodies. They kept me super informed where and when they receive the shoes from USA and when they go out to Germany.
Lovely buy and process. Thanks.
