Easy to order on website. Two doors custom made and came within specified time frame. Have had doors custom made previously from this company with no issues and would use them again if needed in the future. Nice doors.

Doors were OK, delivery expensive
Doors were OK but would have preferred to have picked them up rather than have them delivered. They do not offer this option. Two very small doors and the delivery cost was disproportionate

Custom made doors matched my spec exactly. Doors a great match to existing kitchen door style and finish. Products arrive within 7 working days all in good order. Initial swatches supplied matched delivered products. Customer services helpful.

First Class Service.
I received my order on time but three doors were damaged. I contacted the Customer Service Dept by phone and was asked to send photos of the damaged doors which I did. Within minutes I received an email informing me that the doors would be replaced by a specific date. They duly arrived on said date in perfect condition, much to my surprise and expectation having struggled with on line purchases in the past. I wish I had asked for the name of the person who took my call as she was extremely competent and reassuring. Wonderful product, wonderful company and wonderful customer service. Highly recommended.
