Great website and good colour samples are sent very quickly. I found it was best to speak to Sales so that correct parts are ordered.
Cupboards and doors arrived with a good courier company.
( no visible damage to packaging)
Problem with a door was quickly rectified.

Great customer service and products
I had an email the day after I received the order to make sure everything was ok. That was great as I didn’t get that from a Wickes delivery or most others to be honest.
I ordered custom size facias to replace old doors in my utility that were peeling. They look great and fitted perfectly. Highly recommend this company.

Great service
Great service, only needed one replacement door as I had accidently damaged one of my kitchen doors. I did try other companies but none were interested in a small order. Kitchen door workshop supplied the one replacement door required quickly and at a great price would highly recommend this company.

I ordered some made to measure doors…
I ordered some made to measure doors and drawer fronts for a customer. The lead time was good and the quality was also very good. Great service especially with the hinge cutting to save time. All in all very pleased with the service and the quality. The delivery was on time. I will be back if any other customers want a kitchen makeover.

Great Service
Ordered a number of doors & drawer fronts which were delivered today as arranged. Excellent quality items & very well packaged. All exactly as I ordered.

Excellent match!
I don't think I could have got a closer match! You would never know the difference between my current doors/panels and the ones I replaced.
Packaged very well, all arrived on time.
I would say that the website could do with some improvements, as when ordering the drawer fronts, you have to select "standard door" as the option, so can be a bit confusing, but overall, very happy and would 100% use again!

We are sorry to hear you found our website slightly confusing when you ordered your drawer front. We supply replacements for a variety of different companies so we understand that it can be tricky. Our Customer Service Team are always on hand to help should you ever need any advice in the future.
As there are no standard sizes across the industry for drawers we decided anything 282mm or lower in height would be supplied in the drawer front design and anything 283mm or higher would be supplied in the door front design. This information can be found in the product specification tab on the doors page.

missed first delivery on 7/7. Wasnt expecting delivery so quick after dispatch email. Second delivery on 8/7 was good. Item arrived in a very good condition and no damage. Very well packaged. Would not hesitate to order from them again and would highly recommend

Great experience with this company.
The website was easy to navigate, Jess the customer accounts manager was very helpful with follow up emails and made me feel like a valued customer. The time from placing the order to delivery was very fast, two weeks. The doors were well packaged and when I opened them prior to fitting they were exactly as described, I was very pleased with the product.
