Appalling product quality where a knife is not rounded at the end as designed and is sharp where manufactured poorly. Kitchen knives have refused exchange even though health and safety concern. Did not even want refund just fit for purpose product. Do not buy from them

I got very poor service from this company. I ordered a set of knives but they were not delivered. They were supposed to be delivered by DPD and signed for. DPD sent me a message with a photo of my front door, stating they had been delivered, inspite of the fact I was not at home and did not sign for them (a legal requirement with knives. I contacted DPD and was redirected back to Kitchen Knives. Kitchen Knives were less than helpful, it took many days and I had to chase and chase to get anything done.My strong recommendation would be to go to a shop to buy your knives and don't use online clowns like this company.

BEWARE! ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK! I placed an order on 7 Dec 25, and as at 18 Dec have not received. I have had no tracking whatsoever since placing the order and my three chaser emails have gone unanswered.

I have just submitted a refund case with PayPal but guess what.... I was only refunded the value of the items ex VAT and they also didn't factor in the postage! So I'm around £6 out of pocket.

Seriously, go elsewhere. This is why companies like Amazon are successful.

Dislike giving negative reviews, which i rarely do but I feel very, very disappointed.

Update: my refund was amended and I received the full amount, which I'm grateful for. Still, it wasn't the best shopping experience and will think twice in future.

Ordered 3 knives after bit of a carry on was assured knives were sent. After 13 days package arrived, only 2 knives arrived. Have contacted twice, as of yet received no response

We ordered a voucher on the 5th Nov and didnt receive any email.
Contacted them on the 10th Nov and then received the voucher over 300 times. No problem, glitches happen.
Order placed straight away on the 10th Nov and no confirmation recieved.
Chased a number of times, for which they did answer the phone each time and said they would look into it, but never received a call back as promised.
Chased again and finally received an order confirmation on the 26th Nov with the knives delivered on the 28th Nov.
They did include a complimentary gift of an excellent pair of scissors, which is why this isnt a 1 star review.
Nothing wrong with the knives ordered either at the right price matching Amazon.
But the ordering process and delivery timescales are poor.

I ordered 2 knives on 1st November, and it's now 2nd December, and no delivery..... I'm pretty good at looking for delivery information, and, it being a UK web address I was very shocked to see on my order confirmation delivery is 4-6 weeks...yes, 4-6 weeks.... I emailed the company asking for an update before I added a review, and heard nothing back. I've yet to recipe what I ordered..... I wouldn't recommend them, I won't be buying from them again, and would advise others to steer clear

Website easy to navigate, although when tried to track my order I had to make a phone call to the company as my registration hadn’t updated within the 24 hours

Excellent service - ordered early morning, despatched late morning and received the following day. Excellent. My son is really happy with the knife.

Very poor service, my knives arrived very quickly but felt very cheap and I requested to return them, I opted to use their return process which cots £10, not great price wise for three knives but it does include insurance. Two weeks passed with no refund and a further week with no reply to my emails so I opened a dispute with PayPal. Still no refund until PayPal sided with my claim and they refunded me. Any business can take your money but you find out how good they are when an issue or return is used, I would advise you shop elsewhere.

When the item I bought was accidentally out of stock, they contacted me and offered a similar alternative at the same price as the original one I ordered. Loving my knives as they're absolute work horses 😁

I always buy my knives and associated stuff from KK now.
They have always had exactly what I want and been able to deliver it quickly, with a few free pairs of kitchen scissors thrown in over the years.
On the one occasion I had a problem with a purchase they were helpful in resolving it.

Really happy with the service and products, excellent Demeyere pan and Victorinox knife, and we loved the bonus scissors. The prices were very fair too. Will use again.
