I placed an order for a sink and I clearly stated (in writing on the order) that I needed a template. When the sink arrived there was no template and the customer services wants me to pay for the return of the sink!! The sink appears to be fine, but the customer services department clearly didn't want to be bothered with my issue. The template would have meant that I could have fitted this myself and now I'll have to employ a professional, which will add to the cost. So this sink will have turned out to be very expensive.

Bought a 3 in 1 tap for new kitchen which we had to have in time for work top templating. Due to unforeseen delays our templating was pushed back a couple of weeks. When we opened the box the work top installer informed us that it would not fit. The tap was out of the box for 30 mins and none of the other packaging was opened. As this was past the 14 days stated we were unable to return even with a restocking charge.
We are now left with a £750 tap we can't use. I will never shop here again.

Service was excellent .Had a call within an hour of ordering sink to arrange delivery .haven't used the sink yet but looks great.have ordered taps as well.would definatley recommend kitchen sinks and taps

Very poor customer service,
I purchased items and wasn't happy with the product, I asked for a refund and they blaintly said no!
I tried to resolve the problem amicably by asking for new components which were suppose to come with the sink as advertised but apparently the advert/images were "for illustration purposes only!!"
And that a refund would not be given!

I was a bit worried about ordering as no stock count was displayed on the website and the reviews of the company were a bit negative. A quick phone call confirmed they had it on stock so we went ahead (we needed our sink to arrive before Wednesday).
We received confirmation it was ready for dispatch on the same day and, when we called to arrange delivery, were offered 'basically any weekday from tomorrow onwards'.
Perfect.

We ordered a beautiful ceramic sink. It was delivered at the specified time and the delivery man helped unpack and check the sink before asking if we were happy to sign for it. I would definitely use them again.

Would advise you to go somewhere else and pay a bit more. Very stressful dealing with this company. The staff are nice and obviously used to making excuses, but you just get told one thing and then another regarding why they haven't delivered when they said they would and what goods are available etc. A nightmare if you're trying to coordinate with tight dates/timescales. Cowboys basically. Oh yes, and they've always got an excuse for why it's not their fault!

This is an example of the worst type of internet company - flashy looking website backed up by absolutely nothing.

I was originally delivered the wrong product after waiting 4 weeks. Then I had to wait ten weeks for the right product - but the one that was eventually delivered was an obsolete model. At that stage I gave up so am now the proud owner of an obsolete product for £1800.

Almost no communication. Zero customer care. Really doesn't deserve to be in business.

i ordered a blanco sink and tap on 28th April. i got a email advising a delay and item to be stock on 8th. they have now been giving me excuse after excuse and still no sink and tap with me on 15th May.

they have sink in stock but dont want to ship seperatley because of shipping costs. i have fitters waiting to complete a job which was setup on their initial delivery date.

better to pay a few extra £'s and get better service.

I purchased a Blanco sink which was competitively priced. The purchasing process was straight forward and you receive an e-mail with the expected delivery date which was great!. My expected delivery date was the next day but the sink arrived the next working day which was fine.

I ordered a sink from this company, easy ordering process. Delivery to husband's work address, where I have most things delivered.
As far as I was aware I just had to await delivery. A couple of days later I noticed an email from them. They had accepted the order and payment based on the item being delivered to another address, but then sent an email asking for a copy of my driving licence, credit card statement or utility bill. I have never heard of this type of request before and I have items delivered from a variety of retailers including Debenhams.
Apparently, this is a security check for them. Well what about my security, they expect me to send what they class as an 'official document' to an online company I have never dealt with before. Not taking that chance, so order had to be cancelled. Good job I hadn't ordered it just in time to be fitted!
