Highly Recommend
We were recommended KJM Windows by someone in our neighbourhood who had recently had their windows replaced, and we’re so glad we took their recommendation!
From our very first contact with Charles in Sales, he was fantastic at guiding us through the different options and quotes, making the whole process clear and straightforward.
Andy and Kerry, who carried out the survey and technical work, were incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and accommodating, taking the time to make sure everything was carefully considered and explained.
Emma, the Installation Coordinator, was brilliant from start to finish. She kept us regularly updated, was always quick to respond to any questions, and her excellent communication meant we never had to chase for an update.
A huge thank you to Zack, Lester and Shae, who did a fantastic job with the installation. They were friendly, polite and professional throughout, always punctual and incredibly tidy. They were a real pleasure to have at the property, and we couldn’t have asked for a better team. They also deserve a special mention for their excellent choice of radio station!
Simon was also fantastic in making sure that any issues were dealt with promptly and efficiently, and that everything was finished to an exceptionally high standard. His attention to detail and commitment to ensuring we were completely happy with the finished result were greatly appreciated.
From our very first contact to the completion of the installation, everyone at KJM has been incredibly helpful, informative and professional, without ever making us feel pressured or rushed.
Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the experience, the quality of the workmanship and, most importantly, the fantastic team behind it. Everyone we dealt with genuinely went above and beyond to make the whole process straightforward and stress-free.
We would have no hesitation in recommending KJM Windows to anyone considering new windows. A truly fantastic company with an excellent team from start to finish.
