Timely reminders and good follow up
I received timely reminders to complete the upload of information the completion of my tax return in addition to necessary follow up questions and discussions to ensure accurate reporting.
As a result I received a tax refund and the reinstatement of my original tax code after being put on emergency tax code after receiving a pension payout.

I correct
As the legal LPA attorney, I completed the relevant information. I was not happy that the completed tax return was in my name. Also, dispite having submitted the accurate figures, not all of them were used. Someone in your organisation chose to put in different figures. Considering the amount paid for your service I would expect accuracy.

Update: Having reviewed with my team I see they fully responded to you and made amendments/apology within 3 hours of your message.
The name entry was human error and the difference in entered data came down the tax return system using data feed to it (data feed) on this occassion there was a small discrepancy which would not have made a material difference to the tax position, however they did adjust to your figures. Klarity Tax takes all the worry out of filing my Tax
I am so glad that I have Klarity Tax to file my tax returns for me. They take all the work and worry out of what would be a difficult and confusing task if I was filling in and filing the forms myself. Have been with them for some time now and bless the day they were recommended to me.

Helpful friendly team
Helpful friendly team who were able to reduce my late mothers estate's tax bill. Easy to understand instructions and plans were provided. Using Klarity Tax has been incredibly helpful and reduced my stress.

Needing to complete and submit a self assessment tax return for the first time and on the recommendation of a family member who has used them for many years I decided to use Klarity Tax and was very happy I did.
