I am leaving this review to warn other business owners. During the initial discovery call, I was sold a vision of a highly comprehensive ad strategy featuring diverse creatives, custom funnels, and optimized landing pages. Based on this pitch, I moved forward.
What was actually delivered was the exact opposite:
The Landing Page Bait-and-Switch: Despite landing pages being a core part of the sales pitch, the agency used every excuse to avoid building them. First, I was told they "don't start" with landing pages. Then, they claimed my existing page was "good enough." I practically had to beg them to create just one page. When they finally did, it was far worse than something I could have built myself in 20 minutes. It was clear they were just making excuses to avoid doing extra work.
Subpar Quality: The ad creatives they did provide were incredibly sloppy and looked like poorly generated AI content that had no chance of converting.
Lack of Strategy: I had to completely lead the direction on testing angles myself. In one major oversight, they targeted ads toward women but directed the traffic to a product page completely unrelated to women.
When I questioned these unconventional methods, I was brushed off and told "this is just how they do it." In total, I spent close to $5,000 with this company and received exactly two sales. They did not deliver the comprehensive service they promised, and I feel completely misled. If I could leave zero stars, I would.
