In our experience with Kloeber, everything went well with quotation, ordering, survey and installation. Unfortunately, there was a mistake on their side and the door we ordered had a transparent glass panel instead of an opaque one. Not a big issue, we notified them immediately, they acknowledge that the problem was on their side. Took them a 3 weeks to confirm that they would replace the glass. After over a month, we are still waiting from any sign of life from their costumer service, despite emails and phone calls asking for updates. It's now over 2 months since the door has been installed. Aftercare costumer service needs massive improvements, really unprofessional.

Second time we have used Kloeber- this time to install a bifold door. We found the quotation process simple and their products look top notch. Definitely the best that we looked at having visited a few different showrooms.

Onto the install, the fitters (Matt and David) were great. They've done an excellent job, clearly explained everything, and did a few extra things as well without me asking just to make sure everything was as neat and tidy as possible. They also noticed our Kloeber front door needed adjustment so sorted that as well whilst here. Overall, very happy.

Highly Recommended...No hard sell, knowledgeable members of staff, quality products and great Aftersales back up.

I needed replacement parts for a set of bi-fold doors, and Chris Saxon was incredibly helpful. He quickly identified the exact parts I needed and arranged for them to be posted out to me. He also followed up with clear instructions via email on how to replace the items. Excellent service from start to finish!

We bought a Kloeber timber front door and frame to replace an existing unit about 3 years ago, the fit and quality is superb so very pleased. When cleaning the door found a damaged bottom hinge so contacted Georgina in customer aftercare who has arranged for a new hinge to be sent out straight away reminding me it’s under warranty.

We first used Kloeber back in 2006 for a set of bifold wooden doors, they were superb. Really helpful, knowledgeable and competent. The doors were excellent too. So when we needed sliding doors for a garden room 19 years later we knew where to turn, the whole experience has been amazing. Their Sales Manager, Troy Poleon speedily took on board our needs and tailored everything to ensure we were delighted. He is first rate. The doors will be installed later this year, I will come back and let you know how installation went and our thoughts on the doors. I am sure we will be delighted once again.

We spent well over six figures on our self build order with Kloeber. Windows were late and one bifold arrived wrong size ( their measurements). Had so many issues since as well and taken a year to resolve . Terrible customer service and quick to quote terms and conditions - we are even expected to adjust the glass ourselves as “ movement is normal “ !! Definitely would not recommend for a self build project

We have worked with Kloeber very succesfully on multiple projects. Last week, via programming with Matt Higgs and Georgina Fotiou, we had the pleasure of Tony, Matt and Sam visiting us for a joinery 'health-check' and replacing a couple of items for us. Service was friendly and personal and technical approach on point. Pete and Noush :)

Tony, Matt and Sam came to fit replacement frames for some of Kloebers first bifold sales, nearly 20 years ago. I cannot recommend them enough. Their skill and speed were only matched with their attention to detail and quality. They really cared about creating minimal impact when removing the old frames and installing the new, then refitting the existing doors. With their efforts I can see them lasting another 20 years!

Once again a superb service from Tony, Sam and Matt from Kloeber. The guys arrived as promised to attend some Remedial works. As previous, excellent service, efficient and conscientious work from Tony, Sam and Matt. Kloeber think yourself lucky to have such pleasant young men representing you! Thank guys sincerely x

We had a slight issue within the glass itself, we reported it and even after 12 mths, the after service team look at all the information i had supplied and agreed. They arranged for a full set to be replaced and installed - the fitting team consisting of Tony, Matt and Sam came and did a brilliant job, so tidy, professional and polite, the new glass is now in place and looks fantastic - The guys are a credit to the team/product - would recommend Kloeber any day.

Replacement of a large kitchen window overlooking the garden and two doors out of the kitchen and dining area - all white upvc and showing their age. Window replaced with dark green re-designed to maximise view and provide smaller tilt and turn window for ventilation. From the technical advice, measuring up, design and fitting this was a class act: precise, efficient, careful. The fitters, Callum and Logan, were able to solve several problems on sight, including removing and cutting down a large window sill and replacing. They did a really great job. There was a wait and there was a cost but both were totally worthwhile now I have the pleasure of looking through the end product and the knowledge that the fit is tight and weather-worthy. I chose the glass spec to reduce sunglare and heat into the kitchen and this has proved itself over August.

Mark is very knowledgeable and sorted out our window after investigating it and explaining the issue to us. We can highly recommend him for his thoughtful professional craftsmanship.

Mark and Rees were both very professional. They arrived on time, kept me informed and carried out quality work while being very polite and thoughtful. Would highly recommend them.

Key broke in my lock on bi folding doors so Georgina at Kloeber was very helpful sent a new lock which I received the next day , I was concerned as had a painter here and he needed to open the doors to paint them , the new lock was very easy to fix so all back to normal thanks to Georgina

Superb initial contact & provide excellent product ( entrance door in this case), very keen and patient with requirements. Sadly, unbelievably quick to 'wash their hands of work done. Fitters were superb, didn't stop for offered coffee etc, got on with the job (+ helped clear some debris). ~ Only 3* due to this 'caveat'; in their blurb: "passionate about delivering great customer service to self builders, renovators, developers, architects and builders" - meaning, in my case, you are responsible for all prep., which if inaccurate will result in refusal or extra payment + after fitting 'you're on your own'& responsible for any adjustments. . VERY disappointing 'Company' attitude. Probably best that you ONLY deal via builders/architects etc. in order to have some comeback.

After the terrible customer service and 7 months of me continuously battling with Kloeber customer service for them to rectify their fitting errors (all 3 bifolds had to be removed and reinstalled, 1 had damaged a new lintel during installation and 2 others were not fitted square, could even see daylight through panels) I had high hopes that they might have polished their shameful customer service. Oh no. Having contacted them AGAIN 18 months later due to peeling paint, I waited a month for a reply. I called twice during this period and was told conflicting information. This is not covered by their warranty and they were not apologetic.
A good product but let down beyond imagination by shocking installation and after sales service. Sincerely wish we not used this shambolic company.
