PMP Training and Certification with Knowledge Hut

I recently completed my PMP training with Knowledge Hut (upGrad), and I would highly recommend them for PMP or Scrum certification programs. The course was well-structured and truly worth the investment. At the beginning, our batch faced some challenges with the trainer, but the workshop manager acted promptly by assigning a new trainer and regularly checking in to ensure we were satisfied. The replaced trainer was exceptionally skilled, explained concepts clearly, and enriched the sessions with practical, real-world examples. Overall, the experience was positive and reinforced my confidence in choosing upGrad for professional certification training.

I had an excellent experience with the UpGrad Team and Knowledge Hut while completing my P.O.B.M. certification. I recently completed the CSM training at Knowledgehut. What stood out for me was the practical examples and how nicely the sessions were paced. The trainer was an industry expert who made the entire experience very engaging. Highly recommended.

I payed for a CSM course and couple of weeks later, 3 days before the course start, I received an email that the course got canceled. They offered me alternative courses, but none of them was suitable for me, so I asked for a refund.
Unfortunately, getting a refund from KnowledgeHut feels highly unlikely, because I have received several phone calls and multiple emails from them where they explain that I can take another course, but no one even tries to answer on my request for a refund.
At this point my experience with KnowledgeHut feels a lot like a scam and I'm wondering if they are a legit platform in the first place.
On top of that their customer support is simply terrible with multiple different people contacting me and every time I had to explain again and again that there weren't any suitable alternative courses for me and that I want a refund.

The classes and the instructor were great but I did not pass my Exam as promised.
They did not refund me as they are advertising proudly. Apparently they ask you to go through their whole course content which includes endless tests and videos and additional sources which requires you to spend months in order to finish all that.
