Well what a surprise, NOT.
Yet again I receive an email from this company requesting more information that I have already provided numerous times, and then when I phone them, they admit that they already have all of it on file.
It really seems to me that the only thing this company is any good at is wasting their clients time.
Perhaps I should send them a bill for all of my time they have wasted.

No one hears of them for years once they have your information sure they’re taking money. Also someone said they asked for bank details and sent money that’s not correct with claims it’s always a check in your name something isn’t rite here.

This company appears to be a scam! they initially state that you can either be an owner of the vehicle or have leased it. I clearly stated that I leased the vehicle and waited about 6 months. They told me that my claim was in the court! then they state that I cannot claim and the claim is cancelled as I was not the owner of the vehicle!

2 years on and I'm still no further along the process - no final decision on my claim and can't get through to the claims team directly. Very frustrating. Please contact me to discuss timelines.

Great clear and quick replies to emails and questions

I have rang twice in 2 weeks to ask if all information had been received, although saying yes they have on the phone, they still have not emailed to put it in writing. after the 2nd call they said they had sent an email a few days ago, when i said I had not received anything, they said they have just sent another one . when i said i have not received it, the lady said she could see it had been sent and the problem was on my side.
Just had reply on Trustpilot 4 hours ago that they are trying to reach out to me. Why not email me the confirmation I asked for ?
They have been in touch today and confirmed all information received. So hopefully issue resolved.

After being told over and over the outcome will be this date that date strikes etc etc !!!! any chance of some concrete answers instead of more documents which is an excuse you have all you need !! wont use this lot again !!!!!!

Compensation was worth £5.000:00 , Keller accepted out of court for £1000 ( we didn’t have a choice ) payment has just been received , we got just over £300 , and the process was long with communication poor , the commission taken is so high

I filled in the Dieselgate forms ages ago and sent them off to Keller. Cannot remember when it was, but must be getting towards two years. To be honest, I forgot all about it.
Imagine my surprise when I recently got an email from Keller saying that my claim had been successful. I had to fill in another form online and sit back and wait.
Exactly a fortnight later the money arrived in my bank account. Keller were quite honest about all the figures involved and they made a good whack out of it but who cares. I'm much better off for doing nothing.........Happy Days and Thank you
