I living in 197 St Agnells Lane for more than a year. It was very welcoming friendly and like minded group. Simon and Gwyneth, landlords of the house were very professional and friendly. Helped me with any fixing and repair needed in the house immediately. Especially since I was new to the place and the country, they made sure to make me feel at home. It has been a wonderful experience and I would suggest anyone looking for a room to rent, to confidently book into to one of their rooms. It's neet, immaculate and you ll have everything you need.

After arriving in Hemel, I felt nervous and a complete stranger, Gwyneth and Simon really helped me settle in a lovely home and the room was a decent size for me. They really went of their way to make me feel comfortable, even going out of their way to put in a bookshelf for me.

The house itself is in a nice area and surrounded by green space.
Gwyneth and Simon were available nearly 24/7 in some cases and were quick to fix any issue in the house.
The only small downside was the heating in the ground floor bedroom but again they were quick to find ways of fixing this.

I really enjoyed my tenancy with Gwyneth and Simon, and will really miss the old gang there. Thank you :)

Simon and Gwyneth are very professional and welcoming landlords. Their communication is very open, honest and responsive, who looks to make your experience in the house as comfortable and relaxing as possible.
Their houses, bedrooms, communal spaces and documentation are to a high standard. I had a pleasant experience and I can recommend them to anyone else looking for professional accommodation.

I lived in one of the flats of Kudos Living for three months. As my first time living far away from home (I am from Spain) I was a little bit stressed about moving to a new flat. Both Gwyneth and Simon were really kind and helpful, and they made me feel welcome since the very beginning. They are really thoughtful and you can talk to them about anything happening in the flat without problems.
The house is really fine,with a big kitchen with beautiful views and very well equiped, and the rooms are big with space for a desk in case you work from home; and a lot of storage.
The only reason I changed flat was because I found a new job, but I would loved to stay with them a little bit more.
I really recommend their flats. You are going to feel really welcome!

Simon and Gwyneth are exceptional as landlords, providing immediately assistance when needed. The room was very confortable for living and for working from home. The property was well located, close to green areas to go for a walk, always clean and the tenants really friendly. I 100% recommend this property for living.

Gwyneth & Simon Lee are amazing landlords. my stay at their property was very comfortable, they were very helpful and considerate. all our needs as tenants were met. Additionally, surprise sweets and treats from Gwyneth & Simon were a bonus for all the tenants!

Moving in was easy and friendly and they were always so quick to rectify any issue and answer any questions I had. The house itself was modern, welcoming and always kept clean and tidy. Finding a house in an unknown town is very difficult and usually, the landlord doesn’t rent-out their houses to known. Nowadays you trust me and I’m very grateful to KUDOS LIVING for renting your house.House is very clean and meet all standards to feel like home, all house mates are friendly and professional and helpful.

Great landlords who always try to improve the living situation where possible. Good communication and availability at all times. They are very open to feedback and have made my stay very nice. The price asked for rent is slightly on the higher side but you do get great service in return.
