avec des mandats basés sur un prix d’évaluation et non le prix final ….
Des méthodes bien rodées avec des promesses orales non tenues (réduction sur déménagement, réduction pour 2 eme transaction chez eux .. engagement de contact avec l’étude notariale…. ) et une maitrise hors pair des techniques du net leur permettant de s’auto attribuer des scores de satisfaction dépassant les plafonds : 5 étoiles pas moins …., tout le monde est satisfait : clients et collaborateurs… !!
Une récente expérience (nov 2022) avec KW Océan m’a permis de regler des frais dit de négociation excessifs (sans negociation possible) avec en plus une sur taxation des frais notariés liés à leur « astuce » de frais réglés par le vendeur, ce qui est faux, puisque c’est bel et bien l’acheteur qui régle cela et avec un surcoût.. !! A fuir Conserver le reflexes des agences classiques ou des études notariales qui au moins sauront vous conseiller.
Des beaux parleurs qui sous l’alibi de la satisfaction du client, ne visent que leur courbe de croissance avec rapidité et profit éhonté.
Ils n’hésitent même pas à mettre sous leur étiquette des terrains communaux, pour lesquels ils n ont pas de mandat , il faut ratisser large…, figurer en première page sur les sites, accrocher le plus possible , le premier venu, et faire signer très vite
Habiles dans leur process essentiellement gestionnaire, ils se couvrent par des contrats abusifs bien ficelés.
Restons classiques fuyons ces mandataires home made.. aux méthodes bien éloignées des nôtres qui d’ailleurs interpellent pour le moins, nos notaires !!

I tried this realtor despite the other poor real estate reviews as they were the only one available to help me find a vacation home. All I can say is, NEVER AGAIN!!!!
It was not stress free, the buying process was made so complicated with them insulting the home owners of the home that I really wanted to buy.
They have all the qualities of an evil dictator and I have no idea why they even have a real estate license when they clearly don't like people, let alone houses. Valuable advice would be to STAY CLEAR, the entire process will be giving me nightmares for years.Steer clear of Stacey Johnson, she didn’t not listen to what I was trying to convey to her, constantly checking her phone probably Facebook, leaving pled like she needed to be somewhere else and had the fakest laugh and even her smile was forced, worst experience of my life! NEVER AGAIN I can’t say it enough !

BEWARE!!!! If I could give less than one star, I would. This organization should have been working for me, but was not!!!! If purchasing a house, get your own realtor. I lost my escrow fee of $2500 because I didn't extend my probationary period out two more days, even though the realtor was supposedly working for me and didn't advise me of this. Also, purchasing the new home was contingent on selling my current home.
Do not believe a word from them. Get your own realtor that works for you and do your homework. I was overseas trying to sell/purchase a new home and they took advantage of me. Do not let them do that to you. They will lie, cheat and steal in order to get your money and then turn your back on you.
Also, insurance!!!! Don't believe what is written in their review of a home you are looking for. It might say $150 a month, but in reality, it is $750 a month. All a scam. Be weary and watchful. Find someone you trust. Definitely not them. After 34 years in the military, I thought I had seen it all. However, they took my money and didn't blink an eye. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ORGANIZATION AGAIN!!!!

WORST BROKERAGE EVER. I have worked at this brokerage over 2 months now and they do literally nothing to help you. You take a 30 day course and then when your done they leave you in the dust the mentor also doesn’t help you with getting much leads besides give the same trash advice you can find online no opportunities for hands on work all the training is bs and outdated that no one does anymore and they don’t give you any hands on work like open houses etc. how is anyone supposed to learn when all they are doing is sitting through lecture and not doing anything??? Waste of time coldwell banker is much better.

Beware of the Dunman Realtors
My wife and I were selling my house buy owner. I have done this before. So I was no stranger to doing it.
I put the house on the market April 14th 2022. For a lower price then what it was valued at, at that time. Of course I received a lot of calls from realtors, to sell the house, and I expected that. I just said, no thank you.
I received a call on Saturday afternoon from a young man, instead in the house. He asked if he could come bye and view the house. Because he was very instead in the house. My wife and I knew we had to be flexible, time wise. For people to come bye viewed the house. We agreed on 1 o'clock on Wednesday 20th. So that meant, I had to leave work by noon. Of course it was a really busy day, at work. But, I did all that I could to be home by 1 o'clock.
Tripp Dunman showed up at the house. I was confused at first. This was not the same person I talked to on the phone. Then Tripp started to tell me. The person was talking to was his son. They were Keller Williams Dunman Partners realtors. He started to give me a sales pitch.
Oh my lord! I did everything I could do to keep my composure. I totally want to lose it, but I did not. I am not that kind of person. 2 Hours of pay lost.
To be honest. I felt like I was being Scammed by them. Into believing they were potential house buyers. Yes, I said Scammed!
I was so upset that I call a friend of mine who is a realtor. Told me to do what I am doing here. To make sure I let others know to beware of the the Dunman Partner realtors.
I know I am sending this review late. But I am a very busy person and I had a minute.
Now with that said. I met 4 other Keller William realtors who were absolutely awesome. So don't get me wrong. I have not bad feelings for Keller Williams real estate.

Have rung agent several times..no reponse
Have rung agent several times - no reply. Read about the company and realised this is normal. Out of all the estate agents, these guys are the worst. They are just not interested.
Feel sorry for people who have asked them to sell houses. It doesn’t feel right that an agent does not get back to buyers. Feel powerless as cannot view the house and cannot put an offer.
They should be reported but don’t think there is a way to do it.

Isn't the role of estate agent to facilitate a sale?
I thought that the role of the estate agent is to facilitate a sale. My experience with Keller Williams is that they make the sale process more difficult by making it very difficult to talk to someone about one of the houses that they have listed. After calling them 3 times in one morning without a call back, they finally told me that the local agent is busy on viewings all day and may call me back at the end of the day. Apparently this can't be delegated to anyone else. Anyway, it's the end of the day and I still have not had a call back. This is why sellers use Purple Bricks and Strike.
Absolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company. Phoned for the past 3 days trying to arrange a viewing of a house and never had a callback or response to an email. So I decided I would make it more obvious I was interested by putting in an offer for the house. Still not had any response from them.

Moving to Delaware from another state wasn't easy, but Suzanne Wiedmann and Kevin Maguire of Keller Williams (Lewes, 302-542-1472) made it happen as smoothly and efficiently as possible. As our buyer's agents, they guided us through the whole process very professionally.

Haven't met an honest agent with this company yet. Most were very conceited, highly controlling to the point of 'toxic personality types', and their idea of honesty was 'mean', to get you to agree to a lower price and easier sale, while the comps, etc weren't even remotely comparable to the properties. One agent wouldn't even leave me with the comps and got highly upset when I asked for them, so that I could review them. Instead she tried to make me feel guilty about asking for them, telling me that I was wrong for not trusting her because she is a top agent. Telling me she isn't a 'bottom feeder', which was the end for me, given the belittling comment. This has been a common thing with every Keller Williams agent that I've encountered. Personal attacks to hide mistakes or things they do wrong. Her trying to hide the comps took her 10 times more work than just sending me the comps. She sent bios and facebook feeds instead, to prove she is a good agent, but never the simple comps. This is a clear sign that something was being hidden in those comps. My response was "I understand", then broke contact with her to avoid more personal attacks, over something agents always give clients. Smoke and mirrors. I signed with one agent and she dropped my property without my consent after catching her in lies. The company does nothing to help the client, except send you to the broker, who is getting paid by the agent who did you wrong, so they back up the agent and you're left to figure out what to do on your own. This is a classic agency, only in it for the money. I haven't met an agent with this company who actually cares about the client. Only agents who say they do and their actions say different. Honestly, this entire industry is broken, but this company leads the way in 'broken'.
