Disappointed with the Experience

I was really looking forward to ordering a dress from this brand. After I contacted them, they told me the dress I wanted wasn’t in good condition but assured me they would fix it and let me know when it was ready to ship. I appreciated the transparency at first.

However, when I followed up a few days later, they told me they had already sold the dress to someone else. There was no update, no notice—it just felt careless and unprofessional. It’s disappointing to be misled and then left with no resolution. I expected better communication and accountability from a fashion brand that seems to pride itself on quality.

Beautiful dresses, great quality, fast shipping. The costumer service is what really drew me in. There were some complications with payment, but their costumer service was the best I’ve ever encountered. They were patient, kind, and helped me through the entire process. I’ll be ordering from Label Nue for all of the occasions I have in the future. I highly recommend this store to everyone!

I ordered an item which cost 99€ and had transportation fee 2.5€.
The order arrived through courier in 2 days priced 12500 albanian lek which os 25€ more. Exchange rate into albanian lek needed me to pay 11000 albanian lek meanwhile yhey wanted me to pay way to more.
I contacted the support directly and they only aplied pressure by telling me "if you want pay the sum or don't take the item , but be carefull as it's the last size".
Terrible experience as I had the money ready on the receipt sent to me through email which is in euros but they weren't accepting it.
