I bought a Sivaro Reversible Cashmere Knit Zip from Ladore Boutique. It was lousily packed when I received it and the label has a shipping invoice from China for only $52 (1/5 of the price i bought). I did not open the package as I was intending to ask for a refund. I emailed them repeatedly invoking their 30-day money back guarantee but received no reply. I opened the package after a few weeks and the item bore little resemblance for what they were selling, especially the reversible side.

My daughter ordered 2 dresses in early November 2018 that weren’t delivered until mid December from China. They bore no resemblance to the pictures - wrong colour, below the knee when supposed to be short, glitter fabric stuck together, very poor quality fabric. We followed the advice to the letter, emailing the address provided immediately on receipt to return the dresses. We have never received a response and are £100 out of pocket. Avoid this site at all costs. Do not order anything from them as the quality of the products are dire, goods took over 7 weeks to be posted 1st class, cannot return to get a refund as no way to contact them as they don’t respond to the email address provided. We feel we have been conned and couldn’t sell the dresses on as they are awful. Gill
