I found Lady B Loves by accident in Wroxham Barns and it’s a treasure trove of beautiful vintage clothing with really helpful staff. It was the shopping experience that people dream of, great suggestions and styling tips all delivered by someone who loves and appreciates what they are selling.
The next day I visited their shop in Norwich and the lady in there was equally helpful, there was definitely no up selling involved, just people who love meeting customers and enjoy customer service.

I have been a customer of this fantastic shop for 5 years now. My experience had been amazing up until today. What happened? I visited the shop looking for a cardigan in black (it didn't need to be plain) and a dress, which I hadn't the opportunity to view, as the Lady beside the counter, when I explained what I was looking for, literally took me to door and pointed out in a rude manner that I should find another shop. Eventually M&S. I was nothing but speechless. I just said I am a customer of yours, for many years now, I know what I looking for. I had a browse around and left the shop speechless. I will never come back. It's a shame because the other 2 employees are fantastic and the clothes are superb. I have no idea what preconceptions this women had of me, but certainly, Lady B doesn't love thier customers. It is really shame, that I will not spend my money here, because the products are exemplary. Maria O'Brien

I went in feeling totally deflated, unattractive and dreading trying on dresses for my sons wedding next week. I've put it off as I have gained a lot of Weight since my mum died. Both the lady and man working in the shop were lovely, they put me at ease and made me feel more confident. The dress I got us a swing dress with long sleeves, made in cotton with a bit of elastane to make it fit really well. The underskirt is to die for, it is so soft and really finishes the dress off.

I will definitely be back, I saw several dresses, cardigans, skirts, bags, belts etc. That I could have bought......I now feel I can hold my head up high and be confident and beautiful at my sons wedding.
