Exceptionally great customer service -

I could not verify my account with the new system when it came to face recognition. Was going round in circles and could not proceed. The minute I contacted Laferla Insurance, they replied within a few minutes and they were promt in providing another option for me to proceed with my online payment.

I had the intention to speak to a Laferla’s representative but I had already received their reply.
I have always insured my home and car with Laferla and always received their attention and good service.

Be careful. They only want your money. After that, you will not receive cooperation.

Very efficient and time on task meeting all my requests effectively. Everything was done via email and I am very satisfied with their professionalism.

Totally waist of time, never claimed in all the years I have been using your services only to realise how utterly unhelpful and useless your cover is.
Covid cover, covered only for medical expenses basically the test and some medicines and taken more then half my expenses by the excess. Waisted a whole day in hospital to get a Medical certificate, all other expenses ie isolation fees, loss of days and anything burdened by Covid are not covered. Y

Timely service and alternate options to booking methods

Worse I have seen among insurance companies, been keeping me for 1 month to get my claims. Probably faking bank details are incorrect to keep you busy even if it's correct.

Once they get your business, you are dead to them. They will not help you or work with you.

The online purchase of insurance is smooth, the price quoted might be good as well... but that's where all the positives end. For the travel insurance they are just a reseller of Middlesea's insurance. As soon as you run into any issue and try to contact them, Laferla would try to direct you to Middlesea. Guess what happens when you reach out to Middlesea? Yes, they would tell you to deal with Laferla because they are the ones who sold you the insurance and I hate to admit that this is a valid reasoning. Laferla is a parody of an insurance agency and you wouldn't find out unless you actually have any problem or claim.
