Lahana Swim Opiniões

Super speedy delivery. Beautiful material, design and colour! Felt fun and sexy at the same time and a group of girls asked me where they were from the first time I wore them. Gotta give the people what they want and that you did!

Great experience, I needed to return an item due to wrong size, from New Zealand, and their customer service could not have been any better. The bikini itself it great quality and came in a lovely little bag. 100%would recommend

My bikini took a month to come (it’s actually still not here) no communication from them to say it would be delayed, I had to email them. When they emailed me they said it was Aus Post’s issue, when I emailed Aus Post they told me it was Lahana’s issue. I also feel like their tone of voice on email is very patronizing, and not helpful at all. For such an expensive bikini you think they’d communicate with their customers about the length of time delivery takes.

The reason I’m not giving less than 3 is because I do actually love the quality of their bikinis, and they fit me well. So a shame, I think it’ll be a while before I have confidence in buying their bikinis again!

I recently ordered from Lahana, my bikini wasn’t what I was after but the staff was so responsive and helpful they sorted it out for me and I got a new pair that was perfect for me! I will 100% be back getting another bikini I’m so happy with my experience they are amazing

Amazing products but the customer service is the best I’ve ever received. I accidentally messed up my order (totally my bad) and got the wrong product AND the wrong size. I emailed in and this was fixed up for me promptly and I received what I intended to order in the mail.

I buy so many bikinis because I’m always at the beach, and Lahana is by far the best. They always come out with popular prints, colours and styles. The quality is phenomenal and the fit is perfect. Customer service is amazing and very helpful too x Thanks for my beautiful bikinis, can’t wait to show them off in summer!

Great quality product, even better quality service! Even when purchasing a non refundable item the team went above and beyond to help me swap this out as the item didn’t fit, absolute legends and their product quality is honestly unbelievable ❤️ Safe to say I am obsessed xx

Amazing customer service, arrived promptly and quality was better than expected! Will be ordering from them again

I’ve bought from Lahana 3 seperate times now because i loveeee their bikinis and the quality is awesome. Although, my most recent purchase i received a faulty item which did not live up to their previous top notch standards. No need to fret though! I sent them a quick email regarding my issue and they replied so fast and offered me several options to fix this issue which resulted in a happy me! Their customer service is amazing and i felt so comfortable and valued as a customer. Definitely shopping here forever and always.

The Lahana team was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond what I expected. They helped me exchange an item that I ordered from the US and made it completely quick and painless. One of my favorite swim brands. I'll definitely be purchasing from them again.

Great treatment always! Had an issue with a missing package and they quickly helped me resolve it and made sure my package arrived to my home. Hands down the most incrediblw bikinis and they know what they’re doing! Good customer service with the most attentive people.

package came fast god quality nice service

Best customer service! And even better bikinis! They’re just gorgeous, I’m obsessed!

The bikini I ordered was amazing! The quality is superior and the prints and cuts are very creative. Ever since I discovered this company I only buy swimwear from them. Highly recommend!

Amazing customer service and beautiful products!

Amazing customer service. Followed up after exchange was complete to ensure that everything was correct. Prompt responses.

I had a fantastic experience I had an issue where I had ordered two of the same thing so I had to email them and they replied within hours and helped me out!

Ordered a bikini set on sale and unfortunately the top was faulty (minor sewing mistake). Lahana (Brittany) was super responsive and generous with the solution they offered. Blown away by the customer service but also by the quality of their swimwear. Definitely have this brand on my favorite brand list.
Tip: check the size chart carefully, the tops do run quite small. ;)

AMAZING BRAND & OBSESSED WITH THE BIKINIS! I’ve just ordered my 3rd bikini and I love the quality and the designs! The team are really helpful and always reply really fast when it’s come to returns/ exchanges/ gift cards!
