LITERALLY the best pair of slippers I’ve ever owned. So worth the cost!!!

My wife is delighted with her purchase of these unique and quality products. The sale prices make them affordable considering our exchange rate and the postage was quick. However, the packaging was opened on one side, likely by customs, and there was no customs declaration on the outside. Thankfully, there was no damage. Perhaps Laines of London could pay more attention to international shipping, especially given the high fees.

Customer service & communication via email were excellent. The quality of the softie slippers with sewn on brooches is perfect. The organza bag with the slippers looks very expensive. My daughter loved then.

I can't say enough about the customer service, we had a very tight time line for my daughters wedding. The Laines team got my order to Canada in record time!

I saw these slippers worn by a celebrity in a magazine shoot, and thought they were a bit of me! After a bit of research I found Laines London, it’s taken me a while to order them as they’re a bit in the pricey side, and I chose to have the badges sewn on, which I feel this was the right decision. I also decided to size up as I was ordering online and I’m glad I did, I think the slippers will mould to my feet as I use them, but it was definitely a squeeze to get my foot in and I have very narrow feet! Overall I’m very pleased with my order, I can’t attest to how they last over time/wear, but they were what I was hoping for, and are very unique! They also came quicker than I expected as having the badges sewn on takes a little longer.

I placed an order on 23/05 , the money is gone out from my account , and that is it there no updates whatsoever , I emailed customer service , they are not answering back , so I don’t think I will buy again from them , very bad customer service
