Awesome service. Steve turned a report out for Legionella within 2 days of being contacted. 1 company told me I would not find anyone to do one within 3-6 months! Fantastic service. This is the second time I have used the Landlord Shop in recent weeks. Both times for an EPC. Both appointments were organised on the day of request and were done within a few days. The reports were produced very quickly. I won't hesitate to use them again

Great service. Just a one stop shop for everything required. The turnaround was so quick and the admin service (from invoice to certificate receipt) was really quick. Would definitely use again.

One Stop Shop for all Landlords. Booked 3 checks online and within 24 hours they were all arranged and booked in, the engineers turned up on time and kept me updated throughout. I now also get annual reminders when renewals are due. Fantastic experience, thank you.

The representative from the Landlord Shop was very helpful from the start; I explained I needed an EPC certificate quite urgently and he booked me in at a mutually convenient time. He was very punctual on the visit, carried out the inspection and explained what could be done to improve the rating. Very friendly, very professional, very helpful. Very efficient at communicating promptly by telephone and email. Highly recommend.
