Going downhill fast

Ordered an in stock skirt and top on 4/5 and there’s still no estimate on when it may get to me (now 4/17).
Lands End—what happened? Y’all used to be like LL Bean. I understand there was an update to your shipping logistics system recently, but not being able to tell customers when an in stock order will arrive? Not “later this week?” NO shipping estimate at all for purchased items? Maybe you’ll get it someday?
And nothing offered for our inconvenience but an explanation?
Don’t think it was a wise move to update it, at least not without telling customers that anything they order may or may not arrive for weeks.
Y’all got to do better. You won’t be in business long otherwise. 😞

Beware: Lands End Bait and Swtich

Lands End is taking orders for 100% SUPIMA cotton Mens Tee shirts made in Peru but shipping MUCH lower quality cotton Tee Shirts made in India! Buyers beware!!! I just called them out on it. I can not be the only one they are swindling.

Don’t order if you need this inside the next 90 days.

Placed an order (not personalized) and it hasn’t even shipped after 3 weeks. Customer service can’t give any update or outlook on when it will ship and blamed ‘system changes at our distribution center.’ Their website doesn’t list any delays beyond a buried ‘ Please temporarily add an additional 3 - 5 days for processing.’ in their shipping FAQ. Meanwhile delays are actually 3-5 WEEKS. Zero email communication regarding delays, and zero updates. Horrendous customer service and orientation.

I would give no stars if I could

I placed an order on 3/26/26 for items that said they were in stock. They said the order would be received in 3 to 7 days. It's still not arrived 3 weeks later. I've called twice to see what's going on. Customer service is a joke-not helpful at all and rude. I tried to cancel the order and they won't let me because it's "processing".

Don’t order from Lands End, you’ll be sorry

Don’t order from Lands End unless you want a headache! Still waiting….. ordered weeks ago and still waiting on my item to ship. Lands end won’t let me cancel but they obviously don’t have the swimsuit that they advertised as on sale. So I’m stuck in limbo and can’t get my money back. Terrible company.

The men’s shirts are running a bit…small

The men’s shirts are running a bit small for the large size which I bought. (4 of them). The button holes are also small. I can live with those things. However, the buttons are quite fragile and are falling apart with each washing and there are no button replacements sown into the shirt as most shirts are. Very disappointing that the quality Lands End shirts are no longer trust worthy.

I would give no stars if possible to do this. I have paid for item. Supposed to be here within 2 - 5 days. It is weeks late now. Nothing has arrived. I've had to contact them 3 times and they have re-sent - but not urgently. Who knows if I will ever receive what I have paid for? Missed the birthday now - present hasn't arrived.

Bad online experience trying to contact re: defective product.

I tried to find out how to get repair or replacement for a coat where the zipper broke prematurely. The website had multiple choice options and they were very restricted (this was so bad it seemed intentional) so I could never find what I wanted. I tried the chat, I think it was a bot because it kept asking questions I had answered. When I said I did not have the order number (I had not ordered the coat online) they kept asking for the order number. Then it sent me to a return page that required the order number. I tried to chat with a human but that failed. So I gave up, which I believe was what they wanted. However, I usually buy about 20 garments a year at Land's End for myself and other family members, and I'm done. I can get pants at Talbots and fleeces at Columbia and workwear at FIGS.

I would give no stars if I could. What a rip off of a company. I ordered two shirts, both of which did not fit and they charged me $16.90 to send these items back. What a JOKE!!! I’ll NEVER SHOP WITH YOU AGAIN. Use Macy’s, they do free returns without an additional service charge and don’t rip off their customers on returns. Never again Lands End. You used me up with those charges.

Not fulfilling orders, not able to cancel order in a timely fashion, and returns are up to $10 per return. Also, charged with credit for multiple times. Frustration abounds.

I ordered an item and website said it would ship in 2-4 days. Six days later, I receive an email saying order is delayed. Chat line will not answer question, and call-back option does not call back. The option to cancel only gives me 30 minutes from when I ordered 8 days ago. The return policy is to charge me $6.95 to $9.95 for a return label. Also, I was charged on my credit card for the full amount 8 days ago. I was also charged the full amount today and then refunded the full amount today. I am not sure what is happening.
I am hoping customer service can help me, so far no luck. I don’t think this company is as well run as it once was and I will not use it again as my last three orders have not been abled to be fulfilled.

Unreliable ordering

Stock management appears not to be real time. 2 days after ordering an "in stock" item, I see it is on backorder expected to ship in 2 weeks (no active communication to advise me). Subsequent online chat reveals this is not accurate and my item is not expected for 4 months. Agent could not or would not amend the order - suggested I order again and cancel - but the sale code has expired and could not be replicated. Very disappointing.

I'm extremely disappointed in Lands End

I'm extremely disappointed in Lands End, I can no longer buy the DDD tankini I have been buying for years!

I have a large chest but the rest of my body is normal, I don't want the flutter, blouson or flowing top versions. I loved the option of just a normal underwire tankini in several colors.

I HAVE A LAYTEX ALLERGIE AND FIND THERE SUITS TOP QUALITY. I WOULD BUY AGAIN AND I ALSO FIND THERE COVER UPS OF GOOD QUALITY IN THE DRESS AND SKIRT CATIGORY. An all round good company that I hàve wore since I have been Thirty-eight now about to be Sixty. Would recommend to family and friends any all s I'm suits and rash sun guards worn in tropics.Even when knocked down by a wave the quality kept my suit up with way the are sewn and amount of fabric. Worth, every penny!

Lost a long time customer

I've been shopping at Land's End since my kids were babies. Some of their products have been great quality and some not so much. Between myself and my mom's household we have spent thousands of dollars.

I recently had a pretty bad experience with customer service being really harsh about an adjustment refund. For me a huge price difference of almost $100 for items I received just days ago. For a multi-million dollar corporation this is a drop in the bucket to keep or lose a long time customer. They don't care, none of these companies care, which is a lesson learned. Customer loyalty doesn't matter.

I haven't ever contacted them previously for adjustments.

They were so set on proving their point almost to the point of super harsh, and we're talking about I received items on Tuesday and contacted within less than 2 business days after.

I would return the items if they were for me, however, it's for a family member that needs them for immediate use and we do not have time to find new items.

Tank suit is NOT chlorine resistant. Size is not true.

I like the color of my tank swimsuit. It is NOT chlorine-resistant. Even thought I wet it prior to getting in the pool and rinsing it immediately after. Other women in my water aerobics class agree. It fades in a way that is odd. It's not attractive! It's embarrassing. I wear a size 16 pant but have to order a size 20 swimsuit. That makes no sense. I have bought suits from Lands End for years. I will not be buying any more.
