Exactly as other negative reviews stated. Ask them questions or talk truths about they're shady operation and they'll revoke your "license" and keep your money. Try to post anything on your own platform and they'll threaten you with filing a copyright infringement notice. Whats humorous is they still claim the designs to be their own. The amount of broken nodes in the files tells me they are cheap copies and traces of other peoples work. Do yourself a favor and shop pretty much ANYWHERE else for your digital files.

Lara will sell you an all access pass and then pull your access when you ask questions. I purchased a pack of files in 2024 when I was fairly new to CNC. After receiving access, I opened the google doc link that was sent (should have been first red flag) and started looking around. I started to notice a lot of files that I had seen on Etsy and other places. When I opened some of the files, there were tons of broken nodes and you could tell that they were just cheap rip offs. That that point I messaged and asked about it. At that time my access was pulled and Lara Designs kept my $100. I would look at a more reputable business to get cnc files from.

Great files! easy to scale to different sizes. Customers are really happy with the quality of the designs!

Perfect cut files no complaints

The Files are amazing. I have only cut 2 of them but they worked great.

We’ve been using the files for about 8 months now and have had not very minor issues. Lara is fast to respond when we need assistance but mainly everything just works as designed. We use the files with our CNC plasma table.

The files are really clean very nice files! Lara was great and fast to respond when I had a question. I don't regret this purchase whatsoever. I don't give 5-star ratings often but this definitely deserves all 5 stars.

This company is ran by a scammer from Morocco. They sell stolen cnc designs that are not theirs. They claim on their Facebook page to be located in Chicago, but this is not the case. They are located in Morocco. All of the designs they offer are pirated designs available from real designers. Do not do business with this company.
