I ordered two tops over a month ago, emailed and requested a shipping update. I received an email stating that they were sending in the next 5-7 days and an Asian tracking number which isn’t valid. This site must be a scam. Save your money.

Le produit n’est pas identique à celui décrit dans l’annonce. On m’a envoyé un produit faux / contrefait. Il était présenté comme fait à la main, mais ce n’est pas le cas.

Ce sont des menteurs. Personne ne devrait se laisser tromper et commander quoi que ce soit sur leur site.
Lorsque vous commandez quelque chose auprès de tels menteurs, faites-le via PayPal afin que, si vous vous rendez compte que vous avez été trompé, il ne soit pas trop tard et que vous puissiez récupérer votre paiement.

Total crap. Ripoff merchants! Ring i recieved was a cheap copy. Tin plated cast replica...sold as Sterling Silver. Photos are not the genuine items....which they dont have.
Size was supposed to be 12, but is 14.5.
I CAN recommend OutlawsAmsterdam, sell a lot of stainless steel, but are good quality for the price, correct sizing, prompt delivery and you get what you see on their site with nicely boxed and with cloth ring bags.

Scammed. Facebook ad showed an elaborate spice rack with skull shaped glass spice jars. I got an oversized plastic mason jar. I could have bought at the dollar store. Shut this shady crap web site down.

I placed a order for a necklace and pendant that was supposed to be made from sterling silver. Not only did the order take three weeks to arrive. But the pendant and necklace are made from extremely cheap dollar store type materlas NOT STERLING SILVER. Now trying g to return this item but cant find there customer service email or number to return the item. BOO to you LURENZOO Jewelry for doing this to people. Someone is going to sue. And I hope they do.... false advertisement

Laurenzoo sold me a trinket in exchange for a sterling silver 925 necklace. The picture showed a completely different necklace on Laurenzoo's website. The necklace I received was a really poor job, which cannot even be compared to the necklace in the pictures. The pendant shows that it is only plated with a silver-colored coating.
The chain was way too short, even though I paid for a longer one. I tested the chain with a magnet. The chain stuck to the magnet, so it was far from silver. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Laurenzoo to anyone. I believe that the company does not supply the products shown in the pictures to anyone, but rather poor companies with the products in the pictures.
I would give less than 1 star if it were possible.

Venden chapa de plata diciendo que es plata pura. Comprobado en joyería y con la mancha negra que dejó el anillo en mi dedo.

Les than zero review…..sent me the wrong stuff. Got a ring that i did not even order. Took forever and the stuff is definitely not silver. Junk
No email or contact to even get it strait. Do not buy from these scammers. They need to get banned from Facebook.

The ring sent to me was suppose to be 11. It was probably a 13. It was even loose on my index finger. Also, the quality is terrible when compared to the photos of the ring. I'm asking for a refund.

Total scam. Quality is less than zero. Don’t waste your money or time. Am chasing for a refund.

I just bought a pendant from them that they say is pure 925 Sterling silver but they sent a cheap knockoff made of base metals.then when confronted refused to refund my money in full. This was a bait and switch tactic. They are scammers! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Do not buy from this site. The item is not sterling silver as described. It's a cheap alloy. There is no return address or contact details.

Istigato dalla pubblicità continua su Instagram ho comprato da loro 3 articoli.
Dopo aver ricevuto il pacchetto mi sono insospettito perché spedito dalla Cina, uguale a quelli che mi arrivano da AliExpress e Temu.
Avevo acquistato un bracciale, un anello e una collana venduti come ARTIGIANALI e realizzati in ARGENTO STEARLING 925, cioè in argento massiccio che per legge deve aver stampigliato il titolo come su qualsiasi gioiello serio: aperto il pacchetto mi son ritrovato degli oggetti che sono solo una bozza delle foto originai, non sono in argento, la fattura è quella di uno stampo economico e tutti i dettagli visibili in foto sono solo abbozzati, non sono niente altro che di scarsa fattura.

Incuriosito dal pacchetto sono andato subito su AliExpress e vi ho trovato gli stessi identici articoli con le medesime foto, tutto identico tranne il prezzo: su AliExpress 5-6€ contro i 30-35 pagati a Laurenzoo.

Questo sito è una truffa, vende chincaglieria spacciandoli come gioielli artigianali, STATENE ALLA LARGA

The ring was not even the size that was ordered. Jeweller didn't want to touch it for resizing. Opted to send it back through PayPal. Laurenzoo replied they would give me 30% back and to keep the ring. Not happy. Note to self...read reviews before purchasing. Missed this one.

If I could've put a half of a star that would've been it. I ordered my In May and still haven't gotten it. Never again. Such a sorry a$$ site. So be aware people

SCAM! Received the memento mori skull ring. Definitely not sterling silver, nor even silver! It's a zinc alloy crap. The ring is painted with silver paint. Below this you can see the zinc. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS! FIND THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA AND TELL PEOPLE THE TRUTH.
No way to contact them, no email, no customer service... And of course ring itself is a bad bad copy of what I saw in their Insta ad. Oh Insta as well should double check these scammers.
SH#T BUY... 50$ for a 2$ Alix ring... Damn
