Supplied replacement parts quickly
I needed a quick replacement when my boiling water tap failed and I was struggling to find replacement units through the usual outlets without a wait. I found Lavastore online and they sent the tap and boiler overnight. Great service, highly recommended. Prices matched anyone else I could find as well

Ordered from Lavastore great service.
Ordered from Lavastore, order arrived in 2 days. well packaged, exactly as advertised and a great price too.
Unfortunately due to a change in circumstances it was no longer required. Sent an email requesting a return RMA and had a reply within 3 minutes and all sorted to completion. Thank you for the great service and happy to shop here in the future.
